My 1st ever experience with Jesse London has been Fab love the website easy to find exactly what Im looking for and very easy purchase process just waiting on my new kicks !!

The choice of products and the ordering process initially seemed excellent. However, I was offered what appeared to be a 50% refund in exchange for leaving a favourable review.

As I was already intending to leave a five-star review, I assumed I would qualify. After posting the review, it became clear that the offer was actually a 50% discount on a future order, not a refund on my existing purchase. I found this misleading and have therefore amended my review to one star.

To make matters worse, my order took several weeks to arrive and was delivered well outside the timeframe stated in the company's terms and conditions. I specifically purchased this jacket for a holiday, but it arrived long after I had returned home, making it effectively useless for its intended purpose.

The company name also suggests it is based in London, yet there was no indication during the ordering process that the products were being shipped from China.

I will consider updating my review once a satisfactory resolution has been provided regarding my refund request.

The five star reviews are fake, ignore them. This is a scam website

I got one of their lounge sets and ended up wearing it more than expected.

I ordered a pair of casual slip on shoes for daily use and they’re even better than expected.

After browsing through the Internet on the hunt for men's casual smart wear and almost giving up, this retailer pops up like a breeze of fresh air. I see so many items there that I like, but told myself not to go mad. Jesse London made me feel I am shopping in some posh London High Street. Thank you guys and carry on with style and taste.

Were very disappointing in time of delivery took many days nr three weeks then realised from China the clogs came today very flimsy the rubber sole very light !!! Now using them as indoor slippers not happy they would last 5 mins walking outside

The item was good quality. Good sizes. I emailed for a delivery time and they replied very quickly. Took around 2 weeks to arrive, ordering more items from them today 😃

Great choice of clothing and items I purchased are great.

These are actually solid. Comfortable stretch but don’t look lazy or sloppy. Been pairing them with different stuff and it works every time

I have ordered some shoes but have not yet received them although I was fully informed that this might be the case. I had no issues with the website and the ordering process was fairly straightforward. Can't wait to receive my shoes.

I ordered two dresses, but one of the dresses the company sent was completely the wrong colour. When I contacted customer service to fix their mistake, they refused to provide a free return label. Instead, they expected me to pay massive international shipping fees to send the item back to Asia, or accept a tiny partial refund to keep the item I didn't want.
It took an exhausting, stressful week of back-and-forth emails just to get them to agree to a small discount to close the matter. This company relies on tricky return policies and terrible customer service to force you into keeping wrong orders. I will never use them again. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Didnt expect to wear it this much tbh. Its just easy and looks decent even if i step out quickly. Washed it twice already and still feels the same so yeah, no complaints
