Great moving company!
Moving team was quick and efficient. They were able to get very heavy items upstairs for us and did so with a great attitude! No items were damaged during the move which is always a worry! Would use JFK again.

Mark was wonderful
Mark was wonderful. I have used JFK moving many times with nothing but good experience. However this last time Adam was not in a good mood and was pretty rough moving my furniture. My dining table has a crack. I know my move was not easy from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment and the difficult time they had moving my big sofa to my new place. I do want to thank Mark for his hard work and patience.

Customer service was their #1 priority
The guys that moved our furniture treated it like it was their furniture. They blanket and wrapped edges and delicate furniture. They were very polite and respectful. Customer service was their number 1 priority.
