Pricing was intense it was a 90 minute round trip 6 miles one way with minimal items. Other than that it was well.

DISHONEST just like all the rest
Just like all other moving companies in the industry - they would not provide a written contract detailing the scope and terms of the job.

We sincerely apologize that the scope, pricing, and terms of your move were not provided clearly in writing. We understand why this caused concern and made you feel uncertain about our service. Customers should receive transparent information before confirming a move, and we regret that your experience did not reflect that standard.

Oscar and his crew were timely, polite, considerate and fast! They made the tedious things about moving really easy! I’d recommend him and his crew to anyone looking to make moving easy!

Unsatisfactory
The company is not equipped with the truck size. And the company didn't explain all of the details and expenses required correctly. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

Réponse de JFK Moving Company
We sincerely apologize for your unsatisfactory experience and for our delayed response to your review. We regret that the truck size did not adequately meet the needs of your move and that the pricing, requirements, and additional expenses were not clearly explained beforehand. Customers should receive accurate information and proper preparation before moving day, and we are sorry we did not meet those expectations.
