JFK Moving Company Avis 

The workers were very careful and professional.
But now a large section of my piano keys don’t work- they are sticking badly. Having my piano tuner coming to try to fix it.
The workers may have set it up and down on the dolly too hard and damaged it inside.

the movers were great except that some items from different rooms were intermingled making it very difficult to locate in storage area. everything was well wrapped and protected dring move. I will recommend you to friends in Sun Lakes.I STILL NEED A WRITTEN FINAL BILL MFOR MY RECORDS. NEEDED IF I AM TO RECOMMEND JFK TO FRIENDS.

Great company and very efficient

They were right on time, polite and professional. They came in and confirmed what was to be moved and got right to it. They were prepared with the information and directions to the storage facility and my home. The process was smooth from start to finish.

I disliked the time the first two men took an hour lunch break and then the four men later inthe afternoon took a longer than an hour break before the second trip. When I moved here four years ago it only took one trip from Hacienda Heights to Calimesa 60 miles with only two men. This time the distance is just 11 miles with four men and two trips, then I got charge for the full time that they were here.

We needed heavy furniture moved within our home. The guys were communicative, prompt, respectful, and very efficient. We ended up adding services same day that we probably could have gotten cheaper elsewhere because we were so impressed with their service. Another thing that was impressive was even from the scheduling process. I needed same day movers and they were able to make that happen for me with a reasonable quote. Thank you JFK Moving; we will definitely be reaching out to you for your services again!

Oscar is an amazing team lead! He made sure the crew was on track, getting the job done, and worked right along side the crew. Corey was great as well; very professional and courtesy. The other members were as well!

They scratched all patio furniture, dented the screen door track - could not close the door repair was needed that I paid.?On the other side they were accommodating, articulate & proficiency was very apparent. They did not wrap any of my metal furniture which I was unaware of. I was in my car waiting to lock up.Due the amount of damage so have received on $1,000 dining set, a combo fire table, 4 rocking chairs, 5’ outdoor couch & bed frame that they threw stuff on and scratched it.
