jina.ai Avis

This is fake, when you create an account and get a new free key, before you can use it, it immediately states that you have now used all your 10 Million free tokens, en you need to add a minimum of $50 to use it. When you find the fine print how long this $50 is valid, a almost hidden line states: "About the same as reading the complete works of Shakespeare and the entire 'Harry Potter" series" Funny but far from professional. When you want to cancel your account, there is no option, so you need to beg them to do that, if you can reach them

Absolutely pathetic experience, non-existent customer support (sales team handles support), no refund policy, no empathy, just a narcissistic team running a scam!
