I was able to add my debit card and transfer funds to my account in Jamaica which was applied instantly and at a great exchange rate!
Downloaded app as wanted to use this method, however couldn’t complete registration as it will not accept either choice for “Let’s secure your account”, either by biometrics or email code? It doesn’t... Voir plus

Well I wouldn't call it Great but today I'm happy from February until today you couldn't add your bank card, but thumbs 👍 up to each complaint I had they never fail to answer me back it has been a little inconvenient for me to go to the Agency to do JNM. But today I checked my email and was so please to see a notification from JNM advising me everything is work, theynotify me as promised five 🌟 to the people at JNM Thank you.

Finally, a successful transaction!
Very disappointed that a lot of times that I log on to send money, there are technical difficulties that don't allow me to send the funds! Today was a blessed day as the only issue I encountered, was that it would not accept a new expiration date for my debit card. So I had to use a totally different card for it to accept it. Just happy that something finally worked!

The online service is not very reliable. Sometimes it works another time it freezes in the middle of doing a transactions which is a bit frustrating. Needs improving.

It’s a little annoying getting the authentication number and to quickly go back to online to enter the number. It’s time sensitive
