Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn Avis 

I'm a huge fan of Joe&Seph's popcorn, every single one of their popcorn flavours has delighted. Their popcorn bites are delicious, and I've now started trying out their caramel sauces too. The company is very helpful and kind to customers.

Order some bars today through my Vodafone rewards. Popcorn bars came today omg so tasty light and healthy. Wow my god amazing products will order more thank you so much .

A great company with lovely products. I had an issue with damaged packaging and they immediately sent a replacement. Excellent service.

Amazing customer service, they are so helpful and really will do anything to make sure your order is perfect. and on top of the great service, the popcorn is AMAZING! i would recommend the white chocolate caramel, or belgian chocolate caramel... my favs!

Absolutely love this gourmet popcorn! Having read the previous review, I wanted to add: Joe & Seph’s is far superior to Butterkist etc in both taste (to me, it’s the equivalent of a luxury box of chocolates but in popcorn form! Also, just casual enough to excuse buying for one self ;) or at least that’s my excuse..) but also far ahead in ‘saving the planet’ - Butterkist etc are international corps with far less local and ethical methods/sources/employment. Joe and Seph’s are locally produced in London, made with only natural ingredients, and from what I can see a family-born business. To complain about the packaging, makes me think: we wouldn’t complain about the layout of a box of chocolates not being packaged up like some Rolos… it’s the same with this gourmet popcorn (and yet actually more efficiently packaged than a box of chocs). Also worth adding - had amazing customer service with an enquiry and v quick delivery. Lastly - re. late deliveries… December 2020 was the middle of a Royal Mail meltdown with staff off due to Covid and a huge increase in Christmas presents being sent because we were all spending it apart. Seems unfair to blame delays on this small popcorn company. So yes. V happy with me popcorn :) My problem is not eating too many in one go…

However I didn’t get the confirmation email and my account was debited
I contacted Customer Service
Aneesa dealt with my problem
After several emails the order was traced by her
She also kindly replaced one item on my order that had run out and substituted it for something very similar
She confirmed the order was on its way

I got Joe & Seph's Ultimate night in gift box bought from Amazon. The popcorn came quicker than expected and was wonderfully presented. All the popcorn was beautiful and flavoursome. The only fault I had was that there was supposed to be a movie quiz in the box and this wasn't present. But after going on their website and emailing them about the missing quiz they promptly replaced it and they were very apologetic. The person who dealt with my problem was a very polite young lady called Aneesa, she was so helpful and got the quiz to me within a couple of days from my original email. I have nothing but praise for Joe and Seph's and the quality of their product after my experience in dealing with them.

The popcorn is, well, popcorn with a bit flavouring added. Meanwhile, the packaging could be used to deliver high-end watches.
Just received 270g of popcorn delivered by two separate vans wrapped in half a kilo of packaging. Some heavy-duty cardboard but the rest is over-the-top zip-lock bags (why? i'm not likely to eat 1oz of popcorn in two sittings) and glue.
Save the planet, buy Butterkist or, better still, make your own.

Very quick to take your money, when mine arrived the box was damaged and so was the advent calendar inside.... I did email and probably should of took the refund but I was treating the wife so wanted a replacement, obviously they said they didn't have the same one in stock so I'm now still waiting for the replacement..... Even after sending pictures of proof they are still useless and I'm still waiting and Joe's Gourmet Food has ruined my wife Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought these for nephew for Christmas. Although i have to wait a while for them . The original request had gone astray. I messaged the website and they sent another order over which arrived on time for Christmas. Nephew has tried the popcorn before and love it.

The milk chocolate popcorn is absolutely amazing!
The packaging is also great as it’s resealable - however I didn’t need to use it because they were so delicious I ate them all!
Will definitely be buying more and will be highly recommending this company to all my friends and family.

I ordered a gift on the 3rd of December, the order confirmation said I would get a further email when the order was dispatched. I have still not heard anything, and my son has not received anything. I emailed them two days ago, and got an automatic response to say I'd get a response within 48hrs, that time has passed and I still haven't heard from them. It was quite a bit of cash that I splashed on buying this popcorn, I would like to know what is happening with my order!

I had a swift and friendly response when contacting their customer care team (I was contacting with feedback/a suggestion). The delivery was quick and the popcorn is delicious, they have lots of vegan options which is great to see and these are clearly marked on their website. I've been a fan of the popcorn ever since the first time I tried it in a department store and the flavours just keep getting better, I'd definitely recommend.

Ordered a pop corn advent calendar on 19/11 for my daughter, as per them should arrive by latest 30/11. Finally got it on 5/12 - pretty useless for this, so had to splash out on another advent calendar for her. It took them 4 days to reply with 'we were busy with a huge number of orders ' apology. Sorry but, not acceptable.

Bought a few times via very me rewards and the popcorn is amazing! Best popcorn I’ve had by far! Would 100% recommend buying from joe & Seph’s.

Despite some delivery issues which were dealt with really quickly and in a great professional manner by the customer service team I highly recommend these products!! From the first taste I was hooked and within ten minutes was back making a second order! Awesome taste and great service

Wow! Amazing flavours, this is one product I will be taking to America to family at some point. Fab product, tasty, novel, keep the flavours coming. Turkish Delight? Mulled wine? Maple and Bacon? The list could go on.

Absolutely excellent customer service! So responsive and helpful! Despite Covid, got my order on time before Christmas. Love the variety of products - bought two advent calendars, and fillers to make my own calendar for my partner. Would recommend!

Ordered with this company via Vodafone offer. Had to call them because order had not been delivered by royal mail. They chased up order and resent via FedEx which arrived next day. Royal mail finally delivered and when I called to ask how to return the extra delivery, they told me to keep it as a gesture of goodwill. They were helpful and friendly each time I called and we're happy to help.

Absolutely delicious! We were gifted a box by a friend, my boyfriend didn't even get a look in! Had a mix of sweet and boozy popcorns. I'd love to try the savoury ones.
