I had a fantastic experience with Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors. From the initial inquiry to final report, the team was incredibly professional. They were prompt and their communication was excellent throughout. The survey was completed, and I received the detail report sooner than I anticipated. Slick process, well priced, and the survey raised all the issues needed in adequate detail without being excessive. They also offer reasonable protection to their clients in the event they do get it wrong by not utilising the standard RICS liability cap (offer much more). Booked quite far in advance (about 1 month) which is reflective of the quality offering.
