Inconsistent, questionable report and not impartial
Joe Mercer was jointly instructed as an expert witness, by the parties to a dispute, to provide valuations for a portfolio of properties. In our opinion, the services delivered were disappointing. His methodology was inconsistent, a number of the valuations were evidently incorrect, and he allowed himself to be influenced by one of the parties to the dispute. We would not recommend.

I am so glad I found Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors. I contacted quite a few companies for quotes and they were all charging double for the service we required. At Joe Fraser, pricing was reasonable and quality not compromised - we received a prompt and professional service. Would definitely recommend.
