Their orders constantly get delayed

Their order constantly get delayed I have noticed. Will order and it will say a few days, then you get another update with a delay then a 3rd.
This has consistently been happening its frustrating esp given how highly efficient all the other stores are now, they need to address this.
Product is fine its the SHIPPING DELAYS that are frustrating.

Terrible customer service - Incorrect order and missing items

Received my online order and 1 item was completely missing, 1 item was the incorrect size. Physical store wouldn't take my return because of the incorrect size issue. I called customer service about the item with the incorrect size, they were useless. Saying that I would have to pay for shipping to send this back or call the local store to see if they would accept my return...which I already explained that they wouldn't. I threw out my return label because I thought I could return in store. Now they are making me create a new return label with Canada Post directly...

Customer service needs work

I placed an order for my 2 year old over a week ago. Still says order pending with no updates at all. Customer service is AI and can only give generic answers. Called and said “they opened a ticket” for my situation. Thought they were a reputable business but this kind of customer service is amateur hour.

Placed an order march 6th, one item was "returned" by them (no explanation why) as the item was not out of stock online.

Recieved an email saying item was refunded because it was returned, it has now been 10 days & still no refund, customer service is ridiculous and every person just keeps saying I'm sorry your item was refunded and not shipped & keeps ignoring the fact my money wasn't refunded!!!

I don't care that it was only $12.60, you didn't ship me the product so why would you keep my money?? They keep trying to tell me the refund was processed (clearly not) and this is beyond ridiculous...

Will never purchase anything from them again & be sure to tell others to avoid being scammed too..

Horrible

Horrible! Non existent customer service, UPS never delivered my order and JF has not refunded my money. They are without a doubt the worst online store!

Placed an order

Placed an order, 3weeks later it hadn’t arrived, called customer service and they told me the order was pending due to volume. Had to call 3 times, they said a superviser would call me. Third week waiting, nobody called back. I can’t cancel the order online and since then, prices have gone up so I dont want to re-order. I called back to cancel. They told me it could not be cancelled and that a supervisor would call me back. terrible, terrible customer service
I placed orders 6 times on November 17 2024 to January 2025 and it was pending all way long with no reason and finally I had to call customer service to get my money back and to cancel my orders it is frustrating if they don't have delivery way they should announce it on their website not to say we are genuinely committed to deliver even with Canada post disruption if I could give them 0 star I would do.

X Small top X Large bottom error

Purchased a sweat top and bottom for my daughter. The size ordered was x small. What arrived was a size x small top and x large bottom. My wife called customer service who told her to find a retail store and make exchange, “that’s the best I can do”.
The closest retail Joe Fresh is 50 min away in another town. The best they can do is almost nothing.
Poor customer service.

Poor quality, no order #, no service

Never got an order number after placing my order. No confirmation email. Now the clothes show up with holes in them and I can't be helped because I don't have an order number??? It won't even let me contact them without one!!! What a scam to buy their garbage and not be able to return it. Joe fresh has gone downhill a lot in the last few years like a lot of things. Poor quality, overpriced and no customer support

Horribly cheap materials

Every sweaters has shown piling after only 1 day of wear. What a waste of material & energy to produce such crap.
This company's polyester knitwear turns out to be a single use plastic.

I love Joe Fresh

I love Joe Fresh. Clothing is of the good quality and reasonable price. I think the quality was better before, but I never had any issues with any of the items purchased.

Didn't sent out order at all!

I ordered clothing for my grandson on a great back to school sale. I received notification the items would come just before he started school. They didn't arrive. Canada post updated they would be delivered the next day - they didn't arrive. I called Joe Fresh 4 times and Canada post 3 times. They just blamed each other for the mix up and would do nothing about the parcel until the Joe Fresh called Canada Post. Joe Fresh refused and said Canada Post would get in touch with them. I forwarded them the email I had received from CP - Joe Fresh still wouldn't do anything. Finally called PC Financial and got my money refunded. Looking at the reviews here - this is a common issue with Joe Fresh. Suggestion: UPDATE THE INVENTORY AVAILABLE BEFORE PEOPLE PLACE AND PAY FOR THEIR ORDER!!! Stop overselling items and not delivering. Canada Post indicated the parcel was likely never shipped (despite receiving the notice it was) because the items were backordered or out of stock. Common practice now with online orders. Never again will I order from them.

It's hard to guess that Joe Fresh

It's hard to guess that Joe Fresh, by Joe Mimran of Club Monaco fame, is this poor quality. Superstore/loblaws when they were once an affordable alternative used to sell these mass clothing for decent prices, but the quality is cheap. Only a few washes and the material disintergrates.

Order pending for three weeks!

Do Not order from this company!!

Do Not order from this company!!! I did, I got a confirmation email with an order number telling me my product would be here in 4-7 business days. Two weeks later I reached out to them as I couldn’t track where my order was and was informed that the status of my order was “pending” and they would get back to me. They didn’t. A week later I reached out again and they then cancelled my order or they said there was a technical issue and they no longer had the items because they had all sold out in the last three weeks. No one got in touch with me three weeks ago to say there was a problem or I would have reordered it then. I’m so incredibly disappointed. I’m convinced my order would be pending for the next two years if I hadn’t reached out. When you call their help line they have a number you can press for this type of thing happening so it clearly happens a lot.

Coat is destroyed after 4 months!

Bought a wool coat and within 4 months the insides are completely ripped and falling apart. I reached out to customer service and they will not help me with anything since it is beyond 30 days. Excuse me but I expect a coat to last longer than 3-4 months, but this product not even a season? I won't be purchasing anything from your company and I will be letting everyone I know not to as well. Have better customer service and get loyal customers :) - to name a few amazing brands - Blundstones, Lululemon, Maui Jim - all have EXCELLENT Customer service and standby their products years after if any defects.

Don't Waste Your Money on Joe Fresh Merchandise

I am writing to share my recent unfortunate experience with a purchase from one of Joe Fresh's outlets, specifically the location within the Fortinos store in Vaughan.
I acquired a black Midi Jacket, and unfortunately, the zipper broke after only a few wears, rendering the jacket unusable. Seeking assistance, I contacted Fortinos customer service, only to be informed after numerous calls that the return must be processed at the original purchase store due to the condition of the merchandise. Regrettably, this store is located two hours away from my home.
Upon reaching out to the store and speaking with the supervisor, I was disheartened to learn that, despite having the receipt, the jacket could not be returned due to having been worn, and the label was removed.
This experience has left me disappointed not only in the quality of Joe Fresh merchandise, as it failed to endure regular use, but also due to the poor customer service and an unwillingness to stand behind their products.
I strongly advise potential buyers to take heed of my feedback, recounting a disappointing and stressful experience with Joe Fresh merchandise, notably the low quality and subpar customer service. Before investing in a product that lacks value for money and supporting a company that fails to stand behind its products or value customer loyalty, I urge you to carefully consider my cautionary tale.

CHEAP QUALITY JOE FRESH !

I purchased two winter coats for from Joe Fresh. The cheapest quality not even worth wearing once. At the same time I purchased two coats from Old Navy as well.
The quality of coats from Joe Fresh is garbage junk. Only one wear has resulted in lint all over the coat. It’s disgusting cheap quality that this coat is not wearable for the second time. Where as the coat from Old Navy is in perfect condition.
Will Never buy any garments from Joe Fresh.

Non-existent customer service

Order never arrived, tracking said it was delayed. Tracking never updated. It has been over a month, I’m now moving and will not be able to receive my package if it ever arrives. I have emailed twice, only responded to after threatening legal action. Was told I would receive a response in 1 to 2 business days and it’s been 4. Also called and spoke to a representative, was told the matter was escalated and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. It’s also been 4 days. Don’t waste your time.
