Joe's Airport Parking Avis 

If you know exactly what you are supposed to do it is fine. They do not explain anything. The staff at night when I came to pick up were upset because I did not keep a copy of my reservation and apparently it is too hard to look it up on the computer. The website should inform you that you need to print a copy of the reservation and it keep it for pick up. I will not use Joe's parking again.

The reservation system works fine but if the car remains in the lot for more than a couple of days it is difficult to find the reservation and checkout is slowed down.

Great Parking, doesn't get more convenient!

I always park here and have never had a problem. I always thought it was covered parking but on my last trip when I picked up my car it was covered in sap. I didn’t notice it until after getting home and it wasn’t a big deal but just as an informant they will and do park your car under a tree that produces sap. My car is older and I’m ok with DYI remedies so it wasn’t a huge deal getting it off. I will continue to park here for sure. Their staff is friendly and always super nice.

Joe’s parking is the most convenient Parking garage at LaX (that we have used). I love that by the time you get off the shuttle your car is there and waiting for you to drive home. And valet isn’t more costly than what the rest of the surrounding car lots charge for standard parking. Although I do think their prices have gone up since we started using them - i think it is worth it

Used to be very convenient where you can come any time and drop off a car and leave. Now you are forced to use their valet service which can be a pain especially when you’re in a hurry. I would rather use Wally park express across the street which doesn’t force you to valet a car. Over there no one will whistle and yell at you to head to their valet or threaten to tow your car for parking in what was once a SELF parking garage.

Overall, we were pleased with our experience with Joe's Airport Parking. The only issue we had was they changed their format and you have to use valet parking now. The service was great. All the employees were friendly and helpful and the shuttle was right there when we got our luggage.

We returned to LAX at 10:30 pm - called Joe's with our ETA. When we arrived, our car was waiting. Thank you Joe's.

waited a little too long for a van pickup. to be fair, it's LAX and Joe's is still amongst the most frequent vans you see passing by.

Drop off with the valet service was great with no hassle at all. When we returned, I called as soon as we got our baggage, shuttle arrived within 5 minutes( if not less) and my vehicle was waiting for me when we got to the lot... everyone was very helpful with my wife and I with loading and unloading luggage as well.

Love this service. Makes the agony of LAX bearable.

All I can say is everything was perfect. The drop off of our car and getting us to and from the airport was without any delays.

Shame on me for continuing to use this place. After my last experience I swore I would never. However, I was in a bind and couldn’t find another garage. This time....valet had my car waiting for me, except...it wasn’t my car. Lol. Then they had to look for my keys for about 30 minutes. Just wanted I wanted to do after flying across the country. It’s such a great facility, I wish they could get it together.

I've used Joe's Parking many times in the past few years and they've always provided professional service. I often go with valet parking and my car is always there waiting for me when I arrive.

I haven't parked there yet. you should not send out a survey until someone parks there. I will not be parking there until Jan 4th 2019
