Joe's Airport Parking Avis 

Horrible place. Three times and went here with my suburban I also have a new battery and every time they drain the battery. They act like they don’t know why but they must sit and hang out in peoples cars. It was another guy also had the same issue. My car was it three weeks in front of my house alone , And starts up no problem. The management is a cancer there as well absolutely no help !!

Joe's continues to improve service. Timely pickup and retrieved auto quickly.

I recommend Joe's to everyone - it is the quickest and most efficient way in and out of LAX.

I have contacted Joes multiple times for problems wiht my account. (I have left voicemails for customer service and spoken to employees at the front desk multiple times) I am not able to retrieve my account on line and i have 3 reciepts that were not applied to my account to earn points. The ladies at the front desk have been incredibly non-helpful and no one from the main office has returned my calls. I travel frequently and am astounded by Joe's lack of regard and failure to even attempt to find a solution. I have tried creating a new account on line and the online system NEVER takes any of my credit cards. I have tried at least 10 times to create new accounts both on my computer with my information and on my husbands wiht his.

Convenient, close, lots of shuttles, quick service, no complaints. Have been using Joe's for three years now, and their service continues to improve, like increased shuttles. Prices are reasonable.
I've used others over the years and have had issues - never with Joe's.
Would highly recommend.

We were in and out fast with no wait for a shuttle and it was a no stress way to park our car at the airport.

Great/simple experience. We pulled in, they took our car and loaded our bags on the shuttle and we were gone. When we returned it was much the same, quick pickup and got us back to the car /loaded it for us within minutes.

Quick, convenient, easy

I am a regular client and book reservations online. For the past month I have made reservations online in order to get the discounted rate and use my points. I can no longer do this on the website and it forces me to pay full price for parking and not earn points. I called to try and make reservations over the phone and they stated they could not do that I would have to use the website.

A little pricey but very convenient with good service.

Everything was great about Joe’s Airport Parking. However, if you decide to modify your reservation, then that is when the headache begins. I don’t understand why I would need to cancel and make a new reservation, just to modify my reservation. Also, it took almost a month for my money to be refunded, even though I was constantly being told only 7-10 business days. In short, Joe’s is great, just don’t plan on modifying your reservation.

I regularly park here for business travel. The convenience of getting in and out of this place outweighs their somewhat old school and cumbersome reservation process. It’s a decent place for the money, I’d love to see them get an app for reservations. It is 2018...

Convenient & closest to LAX for parking. I recommend the valet service and covered garage for vehicle.

Prompt and courteous services both at the dropping off and the picking up.

Great parking option for quick easy access to LAX.
