Simon and Scott were brilliant. They contacted us in advance of arrival and soon had the new mattress safely installed. They were polite efficient and very pleasant to deal with.

Simon and Scott phoned me first to say they were on their way, they even arrived a bit early. Very courteous and respectful to my property . Helped us out with an armchair we hadn’t managed to clear . Also gave some good advice regarding stain removal. Overall a very good and pleasant service from John Doe . Very happy to support a good family business.

Went shopping with my mum today. She needed carpet and furniture for a bedroom. Excellent service received from friendly staff.

Our experience with John Doe was excellent from the in store discussion, home visit, quotation to fitting.
Regarding the fitting Jason & Jay did a superb job, punctual, polite and thoroughly cleaned up after fitting. Also a big thank you to the 2 floor preparation guys.

Tina in the sofa department was so helpful this week going the extra mile to check out with the sofa rep as to whether it would be possible to order 2 sofas that they had been told were no longer available after the end of Sept. She said she would do her very best to see if there was any chance that the manufacturer would except another order.

We only went in for breakfast. Came out with a new bed and mattress! Fantastic customer service. Couldn't ask for a more relaxed purchase especially when spending that amount of money. We chose to collect items ourselves which was very straightforward and good instructions on how. Didn't force us to do anything else or have it delivered. Very proffessional. Highly recommend.
