I have been stretched and challenged in my personal and professional life and been brought to new levels of awareness about many things in my life. Much value has been added to my life and I continue to be equipped and mentored as I seek to add more value to others and in particular younger leaders and the next generation.

Being a part of the JMT has helped me set a new course in life that includes bringing opportunities of huge value to those directly and indirectly in my life. The last 3 years of my life have been full of personal growth, that has also allowed those around me to benefit their lives.

The John Maxwell Team has had a more than quality impact on my leadership and life. The Mentorship Program as well as now a Club Member has led me to platforms I never thought possible. Paul Martinelli has been my inspiration and mentor along the way. Without his valued advice and insights, my business would not be at these heights. JMT is not a magic elixir, but it has had more impact on my life than any other program. It's so powerful, I asked my wife to join me and grow alongside me.

When I joined the John Maxwell Team I had an idea of what I wanted, but as soon as I learned all the possibilities of lanes and applications, I realized that I got more than what I was looking for. I certainly recommend to join JMT when a spirit of service, gratitude and humility to learn is within the individual considering joining this team.

I love the q&a sessions because I get to ask about specific business decisions I am making. I also learn from the questions others ask. My favorite calls are aPaul's. He brings so much expertise, wisdom, and caring all wrapped up in one.

Areas to improve:
1) sometimes call teaching seem more like a big ramble and take up a good chunk of time, leaving little tor q&a.
2) The past 2 weeks of no calls from Paul was tough. He is the backbone of the team.
3) Club level: disappointed the leadership and sales are not up, especially leadership.

On the praise side: love the new club level website.
