We have dozens of such admissions calls daily, and many prospects are not a fit for our service, for a variety of reasons. That's fine, it is designed to be an exploratory call and there are never hard feelings when either side deems the fit to be not quite the right one.
On the call, our admissions representative did her best to clarify that there is a setup fee upfront, and the realization fee is 10% of the first-year base salary (only if we place you). You then used a more aggressive tone to argue your point and the conversation ended shortly thereafter.
