From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Even going in without my faithful sidekick, the staff acknowledged me, ask where my companion was and how they were, remembered the account name (companions name) and said thanks for coming in and hoped to see us both soon. Plus asked if it was too soon to say Merry Christmas lol. Fabulous staff at Banner Brook.

Helpful great customer service
We buy raw food for our dog and there is always stock availability whenever we need it. Staff are friendly and always giving advise.

Lovely friendly staff
Lovely friendly staff, however, the stock of frozen dog food was almost non-existent.
Only 2 bags of Nature's Menu Tripe and the other make I would have bought, which is on special offer (12 for the price of 10) only had 7 bags in stock.
Really disappointing.

Limited Choice
Really surprised you had got rid of the pick and mix re dog biscuits; not prepared to purchase a number of boxes of different ones as would cost too much. Very limited fish food for ponds in smaller containers and hardly any choice. Shop seemed to be overloaded with stock on display with little choice.
