Absolutely brilliant shop. Prices are really reasonable. Other stores like pets at home overcharge. The staff are friendly. I never knew about jollyes until last month. Wish I'd known about it sooner.... Voir plus

Staff are always courteous, helpful and well presented. My dog loves this place especially pick n mix dog treats eg; rabbits ears etc I say pick 1 to him he ends up self picking about 4 or 5 lol 😆... Voir plus
As previous visits there's a good stock of raw foods by different manufacturers/brands. Easy to view freezer contents and make selection. Loyalty scheme and discounts available on certain brands.... Voir plus
Had gone in as pup seemed to have really soft stools and staff were amazing on listening and guiding me on a food more suited for him, and not even a week on after changin food i noticed a difference,... Voir plus

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Rude staff, go elsewhere
Lots of shops have schemes where they hit you up for a small charitable donation at the checkout, and then claim credit for raising those contributions. Nobody likes this.
Jollye's version is worse - they hit you up to buy a tin of dog food for then to donate to charity, and they thus take a profit on each tin that people are guilted into paying for.
I pointed this out to the cashier, and the other cashier interjected rudely to say "You can just say no, you don't have to comment"
Well, I don't have to shop there either. We have 5 pets and used to spend over £1000 a year in Jollye's, but their competitors' staff are more polite
