From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Shortage of staff or lack of staff…
Shortage of staff or lack of staff motivation seems to be the main problem with jollys Halifax, the number of times I've waited by the checkout with not one staff member insight and on one occasion had to shout for someone to allow me to pay and leave the store.

No grooming service means a poorer customer service
Very disappointed that there is no longer a grooming service. Can't believe that they are focusing more on raw foods than grooming. Every owner needs their dog grooming. I no longer have any reason to go to Jolleys and pickup dog food at the same time. They are just handing their entire business over to their competition. It's decisions like these that sink a business.

Deeply disappointed just found out the Halifax store has new owners and they are closing down the grooming room, poor staff, packing everything up.
It’s back to pets at home for us, as they have also stopped stocking the food we use.
Poor business decisions cost customers.

Very helpful, polite & friendly staff. He took my products to the check out, took me to the products I needed & then after checking them out carried them out to my car. Wish I knew his name. He was fantastic & a credit to you.

My dog loves going to the groomers at Jollies
My dog goes regularly for his coat cutting at the groomers and I have never had any problem with them he loves to go there so I have ho problem and always comes home smelling and looking smart. He is a Lasuapsu Shit-zhu cross.
