From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Baking ! No air con
Customer service is brilliant in your Sheffield Meadowhall retail park store however this is the 3rd time I’ve been in during a heatwave and it’s too bloody hot there is no air con at all I would have browsed for longer if I weren’t melting could not wait to get out of there.

Great experience
Your colleague at the till was caught up with the customer in front of me. She was really very attentive to the customer and also myself by smiling and when it was my turn she apologised for the wait which was not long at all. Everything was easy to find in store and very clean.
