A huge thankyou to Jaimie the superviser at Stirling,for assisting with booking my vet appointment today Wednesday 23/9/26, even though he was busy he was happy to help, so I didnt have to come in on Friday as advised by another staff member. I so appreciated his kindness and care, very thoughtful, Jaimie's customer service skills are an asset to the company, and he will go along way in his career. Thank you Jaimie,🙏🌻

We discovered our Romanian rescue dog Bobby had an allergy to anything with chicken in it, sadly most treats and foods we were buying had chicken in the ingredients. We decided to try Jollyes after doing a bit of research on shops in our area who stock chicken and grain free food. As soon as we went in, the assistant could not have been more helpful, and her knowledge of the stock was amazing. The store was well stocked and spotless. We left with exactly what our dog needed and loved the pick and mix of dog treats which we filled a few bags of for Bobby. We will be shopping here from now on as we have noticed a huge change in Bobby's allergies already. Happy doggy happy owners 🙂

Great store (Stirling). Lovely staff. Excellent selection of frozen food for dogs but needs more for cats as they don’t have the same meat, offal and bone requirements.

Dried food can be a bit hit and miss for cats. Pets at Home do better in this regard.

Wish they could deliver to FK5 postcode.

I was seeking advice because one of the cats had developed a bald spot due to excessive grooming. We are moving house. I have already started to use a calming plug-in. I was recommended a gentle itchy skin relief spray and an antibacterial powder. The advice was given in a kind and empathetic manner, and I felt reassured.
The treatment has been in use for a week and is showing positive results.

When I arrived I couldn't get parked, it was busy but went back 2 hours later, I got everything I went for, there were discounts which was good and I had a voucher which was even better. The young guy who served me was really pleasant and seems to be there every time I go.
