From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. No Lily's Kitchen multi packs???
Was a bit surprised that my outlet doesn't keep Lily's Kitchen multi packs. It's the only tinned dog food I will feed my mutts as their ingredients panel is transparent and honest. Paying £2+ for an individual tin is a bit steep. On the plus side, my store has recently undergone a revamp and is looking mighty good. Although the loose bird food and dog treats are a bit of a loss, I can understand the business doing away with them. Plus I don't get hayfever from the seed dust. 😁

Helpful & Friendly staff
Helpful, friendly staff who always make a fuss of your pets when you take them to shop. Got some great advice on food for my fussy pooch and they guaranteed a refund if she didn’t like it. Perfect! See you again soon. Amanda & Misty

Friendly, welcoming and polite staff
Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. We only really go in for dog food but when we have been to look for other things they guide you to where you can find it.
