I booked my 2 dogs in for their boosters and wanted to book in for a friend too as she has one of the puppies almost 3 years old soon and it is chance for a catch up for us as well as the dogs .
My friends phone was ooo and so she calls round to do the booking. Lo and behold a man tells her they all have to be done on line. I did it with a lovely person called Donna and she did it with a smile.
When will busnices realise some people have phones for their own convenience and not so that companies can do cut backs.
So anyway Donna has booked Maisey in too and what a treasure she is for your company.
Good mannered and obliging.

I went into the willenhall branch after being really worried about my girls not eating and got served by Millie. She showed care and compassion when talking to me about my options. She is a credit to the business.

I regularly shop here and there Lifestyle brand Turkey biscuits have been an absolute lifesaver. My Frenchie had untold problems digesting and keeping down his food when I first had him. I popped into the local store at Willenhall and explained the issue and they recommended these biscuits. That was over 3 years ago now but he still loves the taste and is healthier than ever.

Polite and friendly staff. Good selection of pet products.Reasonably priced I get a lot of my puppies treats and she loves them Im happy with the products and the service

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable especially Donna who has seen our dogs since they were pups and always makes times for our questions and is always very helpful but like I said the same goes for all staff
