Don’t buy from this company total ripoff waited 4 wks for delivery shoes were wrong size and nothing like the picture no zip poor quality they said I could have a 10% discount that’s £1.80 shocking will never order from them again and will always check on trust pilot first please don’t order from this company

Please please please take note of all of these reviews before buying. I wish I had checked! Shoes took a month to arrive, one pair was far too big, so tried to start a return. Was told it was too expensive to return and I’d have to cover cost?!
Offered me 10% for me to keep them. Let’s face it, about 1.80!
I will never be using them again, and will do everything I can to make sure others don’t end up with the same awful experience!

I ordered a uk size 5.5 and got sent an 8! They were also very flimsy.When I went to return they said cost of postage would be more than the cost of the shoes and they suggested that I give to family or friends!!

Absolute scam. Boots look absolutely nothing like the pictures, poorly made and bits hanging off everywhere, bits of glue visible etc. The return postage was more than the cost of the absolute crap they sell and they know this and use it to their advantage. The operate outside the U.K. so impossible to report them. Do not purchase from these con artists.

Scam. Paid for my shoes. No delivery. Followed up and given a story about getting lost and was resent. Still nothing and no contact or response. Now fighting to get a refund. They use Facebook but appears to be a scam.
Update wouldn't give a refund but weirdly arrived today totally wrong size and not even wide fit
Still no comeback yet.

I'm about to start a section 75 claim for a refund, it's been weeks and still no delivery.

Sent the wrong size for both shoes

I emailed them requesting a free returns and I was informed that I would have to pay for tracked shipping back to china for a refund, or would offer me a 20% discount if I didn't chose this.
Customer care is truly awful and wish I had checked here first before ordering.

Buyer, beware!
I’m writing this review because when I saw the advertisement, I recognised the shoes to be identical to those that I purchased several years ago from a legitimate Italian company, and was shocked by the cost, as I paid considerably much more.
It appears to me that this company may have used the photographs of products from the company that I had bought from.

Ordered a pair of sandals in 2.5, the ones I received were a 3 also looked nothing like the picture. I sent a message to their email address for the free returns they offer and got told it was up to me to pay for tracked shipping back to china for a refund, but they would offer me a 20% discount if I didn't chose this.
Do not buy from here, cheap quality, dreadful customer service

I haven't actually ordered but was about to when I saw an advert for another company which was using identical photos. That company already had abysmal reviews on Trustpilot.

Thought this company was jones the bootmaker. Turns out they are Chinese company. Ordered two pairs shoes in uk size 6.5. 28 days later got sent 2 pairs of inferior shoes one was size 7.5 and the other size 8. Emailed the company who said I could send back at my expense to china and they would refund. Otherwise they would give me 10% refund if I kept the shoes. I feel well and truly had. They advertise on Facebook.
