I ordered a blanket with a gift box. The blanket did arrive eventually bit I never received the gift box despite email to ask for the box money to be reimbursed. The blanket is gorgeous and well made.

The end product is great quality ...
The end product is great quality and a welcome gift, that is why am a repeat customer.
However as it transpired I ordered something a little bespoke, only by chasing and questioning was I able to get the item finished and sent out. No
communication about any delays or queries was forthcoming til I initiated.
That said when I did raise it I did get a customer service person who was able to assist.
