If I could give them no stars I would the have a 35 percent off scam where they pump you for info on everything and say they'll send it to you email but never do , was going to support but I good on that now, nobody wants to wear those bill board outfits , paradise big ass you know what on all their clothes, steer far away for them.

We liked the 1st order nothing bad there, then a Month later we received part of same order ( 2 different sized Boxers) We were charged for items & a $19.99 shipping! I thought an Error and because We liked the boxers let it go; a few days ago I got an email saying order was on the way & My account was charged another $55.94 ! Not going to let that go, I emailed company and they cancelled order but now I have to cancel that card at the bank and Everybody knows how much trouble that will cause Us. We are not comfortable with the whole thing and it's worth me putting a review about Beware of this company

They only give partial refunds. And they charge at least $20 shipping with a hidden fee called neighborhood watch what ever that is and all fees and shipping will not be returned also thin cheap material with bad quality. Avoid!!!

Refund of 700 dollars not possible. The cheap stuff doesn't fit.

I purchased a black “see you in paradise” hoodie that I really like. I bought it from a local retail store, not online. I was ready to make a purchase from the website, but after all the negative reviews i decided to pass. Overall, I do like the hoodie. If the reviews improve significantly, I’ll probably make a purchase in the future.

Very disappointed I've made three purchases within the last two weeks. One of my purchases I never received. I got home from work. My package was not there and I hit Jordan crack up to see what they can do for me. Absolutely nothing I would never purchase anything from a company That cannot help with an issue as little as that

I used to love shopping online with them the product seem of good quality and they offered free shipping on orders of like $150 and up but now they charging ridiculous prices for shipping and the quality isn’t the same

Fell off bad. Good styles but horrible policies and customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere,or you will regret it like I'm doing now. Order placed,shipped,cancelled by them via ups,and shipped back to them for a reason they will not admit to.

Don't order from these frauds!!! They took my payment and gave me a tracking number only to cancel the shipping the next day. You email them and they don't respond.

THEIR FLEECE JOGGERS SHRINKS ON THE FIRST WASH!
I can’t believe that the jogger set I purchased two weeks ago during their Christmas promotion shrunk after one wash, on the delicate cycle. These items are too expensive to be worn only one time. Jordan cracks clothes are expensive and supposed to be quality material, but I am very disappointed that they are not

I bought the Black Fairbanks Parka for my grandson size 3x and got it in under seven days with no problem. Delivered straight to my door by UPS yesterday. It fits him nicely Thanks Jordan Craig

JORDAN CRAIG APPAREL clothing is stylish and fun for the kids but…their shipments are HORRID! I’ve been buying my grandson his outerwear for 10 years from them every year. $200-$300 purchase every winter. I’d stopped irdering after the first 3 years because shipping is all over the place! They seemingly have not updated my shipping address. This year I ordered $500 with of outerwear. 2 packages went to FLORIDA! They do not respond by phone and God only knows where these packages are. I live in NJ. I gave the address in NJ for delivery. I’ll keep going to my neighborhood children’s store, paying double the sales price for my outerwear choices from At JORDAN CRAIG, I’m unable to get cooperation from a live person…I’m glad my grandson is going to be in a men’s small next year. JORDAN CRAIG APPAREL…Manual or tech…you need to correct your method of labeling and mailing! This is not a way to keep your customer base. I intend to contact the owner today, December 15, 2924. I will post this email expression each week until this is resolved! I’m like a pit bull with my teeth deep in and I’m not going to stop!

I purchased a coat from them and specifically asked them if it would get delivered on a specific date, which it did not. I emailed with their support and talked to their support on the phone multiple times and they assured me it would arrive on time. I asked to pay for the Neighborhood Watch return policy, which they didn't give me. I signed up for their 20% discount in exchange for joining their mailing service, which they didn't give me originally, so I had to waste time fighting for it with customer support. I just want to return this coat that I don't want and get a refund, not an exchange.

I ordered pants that were too small. I was told they don’t allow returns unless I would have purchased their Neighborhood watch service. This is a service that you “pay” for that get this, gives you the option to return items for “free”. Without this paid service can only exchange the item. This policy is also not clearly explained at purchase. Stay clear of this website, and their customer service is a joke, they don’t focus on the customer, they offer no exceptions, horrible company!

I purchased a jacket from them. I got it in three days. I placed another order for $231 and they kept my money. They have not sent my items and refuse to respond to my emails! They are thieves! I will get my money back through a fraud complaint, but it takes so long. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Scammers!

GARBAGE SITE

2 weeks and no response

Signed up for TRUE membership. Wanted to use it. On the Shop App it says unfulfilled. I have contacted them and have gotten no response. So then now, I cannot use the benefits of my true membership. I have reached out to them for a refund and no response yet. membership should be instant.

Ordered the Camo vest and arrived a few days later. Awesome vest and beat my expectations. Will definitely order again!

This one star is really being nice because I can’t go lower but this is probably the worst experience I’ve received from a merchant. I ordered a vest from Jordan Craig and it came too big but I used their size chart to determine the size to order so I had to ship it back for a smaller size and they told me they couldn’t exchange it because of a stain but all I did was try it on and put it back in the plastic the small stain mustve been there so I told them to send it back to me and they told me they disposed it. Now how can u dispose something I paid for is this a joke or are they serious
