Was looking at clothing online and decide to give u guys a try what a horrible mistake first order I had wrong size all my fault on size but the size had nothing to do with 1 pair jeans pure stink smelled like sewer and also the packaging on 1 pair they just rolled them up and threw them n packaging so I sent them bac they also charge a restocking that I don't agree with because if I had the right size they still charge to restock when with the stinking pants they had to be sent bac so the 2nd order came bac and both pair of pants stink like the sewer so I tell them they email what's the problem and ask for refund instead of saying send them bac they immediately say sry but we will not be sending refund with know other alternative defiantly will never order from them again

Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CARD FOR A ORDER THEN EMAILED ME SAYING MY ORDER WAS CANCELED AND THEYLL GIVE ME REFUND. IVE CALLED AND EMAILED THEM SEVERAL OF TUMES ABOUT MY MONEY AND I STILL DONT HAVE IT NO ONE RESPOND TO EMAILS AND WHEN YOU CALL THE SAME MAN ANSWERING THE PHONE TELLING YOU THE SAME THING. Being very rude saying it’s no supervisor to speak with. I just got my lawyer involved and I’m going to sue them.

Purchased 2 coats for my children one of the coats is slightly small wanted to exchange for bigger size
Sent email no answer tried calling nothing. Once they get your money there is no response from this company... Never again!!! Don't do it!!!

So I decided to try the mystery box. Don't do it. Literally put in two pieces that are the worst and not even close to matching. I wasn't expect much but the box is even worse than I thought all bad, and didn't even put one of the t shirts in it, has the audacity to talk about the retail prices. Honestly you're better off just buy something from JC but not the box I love JC clothes, so just don't do the box🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽

My wife ordered a coat for my daughter which is a beautiful coat (and my daughter being so picky with everything made my wife and I happy when we saw that she loved her new coat) however the coat was a little tight on her, so my wife returned the coat and requested a bigger size which she got confirmation that it’s being delivered soon, the issue that I am having is that I saw a coat for me that I really liked. Being that the service was great with my daughter’s coat, I ordered a coat for me, the money was debited from my bank account right away, but till this day, I have not gotten any kind of email confirmation on my order. I called my bank to get some more information so that I can call the merchant to get an update on my order and no phone number is available and I feel like I’ve been robbed. When placing the order the time of delivery did say 10 to 15 days and it’s still within that time frame, but in 2 days the time will expire and I just need some type of confirmation. I hope I receive the merchandise soon so that I can write another review. I would appreciate an email or call regarding my purchase.

I ordered a size 6 jacket for my grandson, was sent a size 5. I’m waiting on my refund now. Tried to exchange it for the right size but now they are out of stock.I’m done ordering from this company also, customer service representative was rude, I said thank you and he just hung up on me. They are very hard to get ahold of. I just want my refund. Won’t be ordering from them again!! Sense my grandsons size is sold out!!!

I am more than happy to write this review for Jordan Craig I ordered my son a coat it came within 3 days it was the most beautiful coat he absolutely loves his new coat, it's very soft and furry it was every bit of what the picture explained it to be I was literally Blown Away when I open the package

This company sucks and customer service does as well. I bought a coat from them and added a code for a discount. The coat was sent back not true to size. They had another one in stock and I was waiting for it to be exchanged. These people refunded me when they knew it supposed to be exchanged to sell it to someone else for full price and told me oh well. What customer service tell you that. Felt disrespected to the third degree. I spent good money with this company to be treated like nothing. I took them off my mailing list and will never do business with this company again. On God

I followed the guidelines per their website, and ordered the puffer coat for my son. The coat was cut extremely small, and the quality is not worth the price. I purchased it for Christmas and was very disappointed when we finally opened the package. Overall, I do not recommend.

I just purchased a beautiful silver and black shiny Bomber jacket from this Company. The delivery was fast and my jacket is Excellent in quality. I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more.

I must admit, i was skeptical about purchasing after reading some of the reviews, but i went ahead and purchased, and i was very happy with how things turned out. I received my purchase very quickly and my product looked just like the pictures, the quality is also great.

Horrible return policy. I purchased 6 pair of pants and they charged an outrageous price to return items. They've charged for each pair. I'll never purchase from them again because of this. Love the pants, and would have paid to do my own return.

I order some shorts and I got them to big and sent them back for an exchange. The tracking number says it was delivered on time. And they said the shorts were accounted for. Now I can't get in contact with no one about my order. I emailed them and its an automated email response that says the same thing. Nothing about when i will get my order or a refund. I'm contacting BBB. Don't order from them.

What I don’t agree with is they require someone sign for jeans lol. I work 5 days a week so no one is home to sign for a pair of jeans man. Please take this off. Make it to were you can release the package in the app or over the phone. I tried and you can’t because how they ship there products. I’m pretty they did this from customers things being stolen when left at door step. but my god, it’s a huge inconvenience.

Needed to exchange my Jacket for a bigger size. They were in contact with me up until the day I actually sent the original Jacket back. They approved the exchange and everything. Only to get the Jacket back and give me a partial refund? I was a bit confused. I checked online every day to make sure that the size I wanted was still in stock, and still is til this day. I emailed Jordan Craig twice asking was this a Mistake? That I still wanted my product. No response none what so ever. I will never make a purchase from you no name brand people. I tried to give you all a chance and this is why I buy NAME BRAND ITEMS IN AN ACTUAL STORE. Your items are over priced and they sell all of your items on other sites. I won't name them but other customers will surely be glad once they find them, and the clothes are way cheaper. Good Luck on your over priced no name brand clothes, and crappy customer service 🥰

Update they sent the remainder of my refund today, but still no apology as to why the refund and no Jacket? I'll still leave this as a 1 star.

The coat is nice but it came with uneven stitching and loose threads all through the coat thank good my wife is a seamstress.
