Poor quality, and impossibly complicated return
Ordered for a wedding, enquired the delivery date, before purchase, told 5-10 days, stated the date i required them for and told would be ok! Obviously you know what happened, delivered after this date, this is just the start of the comedy show...
When opened when home from the wedding, item was very cheaply made and didn't look like item that was advertised, cheap materials and small pearls cheap plastic materials
Ordered from a US company, but made and sent from China!
Just when you think couldn't get worse have now sent 25 emails back and forth to their 'customer services' team Krystal in particular has been very unhelpful, and incompetent stating business refund policies....
Essentially you have to fill in a 'verification form' (for my security lol) this is involving screenshots of the order and the order confirmation this also can only be submitted via a PDF, complicated right! Then this was accepted and then I had another wordy 'returns form' to return in pdf, did both and then was told to start both forms again and resubmit, did again, eventually was told that I could keep the earrings amd have 50% refund, accepted this, but then given a code this was for 50% in store credit...
Complained and got given 70% store credit voucher
The other option is to send tracked only postage to China, and takes at least 4 weeks to sort apparently, this was at my cost by the way!!
Declined both in the end and have said I'll review their product, service and returns policy on all forums I can find on the web
Dont buy from them, so so poor quality and service wish I hadn't got involved and wasted my money!!
