I’m in shock at how bad the quality is for the price. $108 for a shirt that I thought was embroidered or at least quality print but turned out to be a bad blurry print. I wish there was a way to attach photos to show. Could not be more disappointed and mad that I let them take $100 of my money for this crap.

I purchased a hand painted derby hat for $550 mid March. Now April 17th. The hat arrived and the design was painted on backward so the seam and the tag are in the front of the hat. I followed their policy to contact company via email for quality issues almost immediately, sent photos and response. Called, no answer (inbox is full). 3 follow up emails, no response. Even reached out on Facebook page messenger. Guessed it, no response.
About a week ago, I just decided to send the hat back and eat the shipping cost etc. the site won’t take my return because it’s past the return date. Now I’m out more than $500.
Guess next step will be BBB for formal complaint.

I bought a fascinator and a purse! The purse was awful! Looked like it was bought from a dollar store and they stuck a horse emblem and charged $200.00 for it. The hat was beautiful, but the headband was not sturdy enough, to wide and the fascinator slipped up and down. They DONT take anything back for full refund only store credit. Too expensive for the quality!
Discount Codes DO NOT MATTER
I had ordered from this company before and was generally satisfied, but my recent experience with their customer service was very disappointing.I placed an order and accidentally used a 20% off code instead of the 30% off code I had available. I contacted them immediately after placing the order to request the correct discount be applied. Several days later, they responded with a standard reply: “Thanks so much for reaching out! Unfortunately, we’re not able to apply discounts or refund the difference once an order has already been placed.”Even though I notified them within minutes of the order, they refused to honor the additional 10% discount. For the sake of a small difference, they lost a returning customer. I will not be ordering from them again. This was poor customer service and shortsighted business practice.

So disappointed in this company and wish I would have done a little more research before ordering. The cardigan is literally paper thin and looks like the graphic was glued on the back by a toddler. Really wish I could return because the cardigans worth about $15 not $150. Absolutely ludicrous.

I received a golf skirt from a friend for Christmas. It is too small and too short. I wanted to exchange it for something else. I had to give them the gift givers name and never heard another response. I would NEVER purchase anything from them!

Negative stars would be more appropriate. The customer service is horrible. I paced an order of 3 items, one item arrived- I requested a refund as the order was not complete. Partial store credit was issued. Ugh! Do NOT order from this website.

I ordered two hats and paid for the extra two day shipping for $100 extra and I didn’t receive it until five days later. When I asked for a refund because they did not honor their policy, they said they don’t work on weekends and if I wanted overnight, I should’ve paid for FedEx overnight. I told them there was no option for overnight and 2 day shipping was the earliest shipping offered which I paid $100 extra dollars, which is more than double for a FedEx charge for overnight service. Nowhere did it say on their site that they do not work weekends and that the shipping would not start until the first business day. Even if they didn’t work on weekends, they still did not get it to me within the two days as promised and all they had was excuses. Do not order from them! They have the worst customer service ever and overcharge for their lack of quality on their product. Buyer beware! Such a disappointment!

This company SUCKS! Their orders take way longer than their 14 business day policy to ship they offer no discount or free shipping as a courtesy for taking so long and the merchandise is poorly made and WAY too expensive for what you get! The customer service is just as bad and in no way helpful! I’m done ordering from them! I ordered Christmas pants November 23 still have not shipped and December is half over I was given no ship date just a “please be patient” response
Poor quality, and lack of responsiveness!
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with a product I ordered. Honestly, I was pretty underwhelmed; the quality really didn't live up to expectations, and I felt it was quite expensive for what it was.
What made the situation a bit tricky was trying to resolve it. When I got in touch about the quality issues, securing a full refund for the item itself wasn't really an option. To add to that, any credit I did receive still had the original shipping costs taken out. It ended up feeling like I effectively paid money just to receive something that wasn't what I'd hoped for.
I also found it quite challenging to get a timely and helpful response from their customer service, which didn't help ease the frustration.
So, if you're thinking about making a purchase, I'd definitely suggest proceeding with caution and maybe exploring other options beforehand. It could potentially save you a bit of a headache and some money down the line.
False advertising
False advertising. They photograph small models in large sweatshirts and don't tell people the correct fit. Then when you go to send the product back because it doesn't fit, they charge you a restocking fee and only give you credit. Customer service is really rude and un helpful. I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THEM!

I have everything documented Placed and order and an extra hat was order totaling $277 I text with them same evening (within 5 minutes) was told order #208229 Making Spirits bright hat was a mistake and was assured the order would be canceled. Well it wasn’t and got an email saying hat would be sent via UPS text with customer service again she assured order #208229 Making Spirits bright order would be cancelled. Well it wasn’t and I received hat. I have tried to contact customer service with no response. Took hat to UPS today and paid $51 to send hat back and now I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Good luck if you need to return an item. I paid for the free/unlimited returns. I also paid for fed ex pick up that never happened. I’ve sent messages to check the status of my return and no one will respond. It has been well beyond the 10 days they require to ‘make’ the new order. Worst experience and will never buy from this company again.
sizing is not correct/delivery took forever
I ordered an xl and their xl is a small. The will not refund your money and force you to buy something else from their site (and only limited items you can exchange). HORRIBLE COMPANY.
I would be embarrassed to wear
The shirt was expensive, but the design was so cute that I purchased. The shirt is made out of the cheapest, unattractive fabric.
When I go to site to see how to return, it’s says click here… but of course nothing happens.
I guess I just have to take it as lesson learned. I will be throwing the shirt and the $80 in the trash.
