Asked for a refund due to an item on the website being inaccurately represented in colors.
I understand that this is a small business working hard to stay afloat, and I truly respect that. However, I paid a significant amount for these items, and they were not accurately represented on the company website. While I understand that product photos may be edited for presentation, it’s misleading—and ultimately unacceptable—when those edits result in colors that do not reflect the actual product.
The company will not give me a refund even though the item is nothing like the item i ordered.
The company is a complete scam and im not sure how they remain in business. I wish i would have read reviews before doing business with them.

Return policy is non-existent. They have posted next to every product and at checkout that you can pay for "unlimited returns and exchanges" which gives you a total sense of security in your purchase and likely means you don't click through to the return policy details. I spent $1000+ on multiple hats, shoes, and clothing items to trial for an event I was attending, planning to return what didn't work (which ended up being everything). I received a store credit that is literally worthless to me. Meanwhile they have brand new unworn merch that they can resell AND my $1000.
Judith March makes rerturns impossible
I placed 2 orders for my daughter for her birthday. She wanted to return the items. Total hassle, I finally got them to send return labels. She put both orders in one box with one return label on outside of package enclosed the second label with return items. I still haven’t received the second credit. That’s another issue they only give you store credit. They argued that since the items were not shipped in separate return boxes the return processor doesn’t look thru items just dumps them in return pile. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard if you don’t look thru the return how do you know every item is returned? Most items are $250 and up. Save yourself the hassle don’t buy from Judith March.
Extremely poor quality
I purchased a “one of a kind” sun hat and the quality is extremely cheap. It’s not worth $30 let alone $500. I definitely feel scammed. Will never order from this site again.
The 2 jackets I ordered fit fine
The 2 jackets I ordered fit fine, but they have no size charts, so you have to email for dimensions on all things. I think they have a small staff and maybe need to hire more ppl. It’s been a few years since I ordered so I just guessed at the date and had to put in a date for the review.
Your Item Won’t Ship
This company has the worst customer service and you’ll be lucky if you ever receive your item. I ordered a Thanksgiving item on Nov 2nd. It’s Nov 22nd and it has still not shipped. Their customer service responded that a shipping label had been printed. That was printed on Nov 4, and we all know that doesn’t mean anything. I had to report them to my credit card company to dispute the charge. As expensive as these items are, they should have top notch customer service. Save your money and your time!
Cheap quality for price
The order took forever to arrive. I purchased a hat that had a football on it. The quality of the hat is poor cheap quality and looks like a child glued the items on. Absolutely cheap quality and work.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service, emailed about adjusting to their current promo code before delivery & one representative claimed they only do store credit, while the other promised a refund- i forwarded them the email which stated a refund on the promo code and they just gave me a run around- by the time they actually responded to my emails they would not even grant the store credit on the promo adjustment since that code ended! I will not recommend this company to anyone nor purchase anything from them in the future

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! MANY OTHER REVIEWS VALIDATE THIS COMPANY IS SKETCHY & SLIMY. STAY AWAY. I purchased a holiday sweater on November 10, 2023. On the date it was delivered to me, November 22, I checked the mail, opened the box, and realized the sweater was too large/boxy (and UGLY) and would not properly fit me. THAT DAY, November 22, 2023, I immediately went online to initiate an exchange/return. I was told I could ONLY return the item for store credit. I asked the merchant to initiate the return/exchange for store credit, and a Judith March customer rep sent me an email link to return the sweater THAT WOULD REQUIRE ME TO COVER $12.00 IN SHIPPING COSTS. I politely asked that the $12.00 shipping cost be waived SINCE I WAS ALREADY STUCK WITH THE $129.50 THAT I HAD PAID with NO RESPONSE FROM THE MERCHANT. I continued to email Judith March several more times over the next few weeks with no response. I SPECIFICALLY VOICED MY CONCERN THAT I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN FOR HOLIDAY AND NEEDED THE SWEATER TO BE RETURNED ASAP - NO RESPONSE. I emailed JUDITH MARCH over 15 times asking how I could return/exchange the sweater and it was not until FEBRUARY that I finally received an email stating that I was outside the 15 DAY WINDOW and CANNOT GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND/EXCHANGE. Then, I went straight to my bank to dispute the charge since Judith March SCAMMED ME OUT OF $129.50. Judith March ALSO SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO MY BANK stating that 1. I bought the item IN PERSON (FALSE, I bought the item online) 2. They claimed to have told me the return policy before I bought the item (FALSE, no one told me about the return policy). JUDITH MARCH SCAMMED ME OUT OF $129.50 AND AVOIDED MY EMAILS UNTIL AFTER I WAS OUTSIDE THE 15 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW - THEY ALSO SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO MY BANK ABOUT MY DISPUTE OF THE CHARGE AFTER SCAMMING ME. I WILL BE REPORTING Judith March TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Order arrived with the box open and barely taped and two belts were not sent. Returns are an extreme hassle and product cheaply made. Sequins will fall off just being on a hanger. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a hat on April 26th & paid $60 for 2 day shipping so I would have it by May 4th for a Kentucky Derby party. I did not ever receive the hat & sent them 4 messages asking to let me know when it would ship & never got a response. I live in a very small town with no options to purchase a hat so needless to say I was very upset when it never arrived. I sent 3 messages to the customer service email & one on Instagram. My best friend ordered the same day & received hers. But hers wasn’t the color they described so she messaged them. She got an immediate response but was told only store credit which did not make her happy since it was pink & not neutral as in the photo. So we are both very unhappy customers!! The prices are very high & the customer service is beyond the worst I’ve ever experienced!! It’s non-existent for me!!

I ordered a fascinator and a top totaling $500. A few hours after, I emailed customer service to cancel the top. They told me they couldn’t cancel it because all of the pieces are custom made.
4 days later they printed my shipping label. Today it arrive and it’s the cheapest quality MADE IN CHINA. It even had a sticker on the packaging with Chinese writing.
In the response to my cancel request the girl told me I would have 15 days to return…I got on their site and realized I can only return for store credit.
This place sucks. Even if you’re going to buy from China, you can still find better quality.
And the fact that they don’t correct the internet or publish the country of origin on their website is irresponsible.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Beware of sizes before purchase. I bought a mystery box in a size small. Being a size small, I figured this would work. The sizes are enormous. It fits my 160lb husband. He’s a mens size L and he fits into a Judith March size S lol. Ridiculous. Not sure in which obese world they’re selling a size S. Besides, they made a mistake and sent me an item in size M and yet won’t take ownership of their mistake. The mystery boxes include items from previous seasons that I don’t really see on the website. Basically stuck with a bunch of stuff that I can’t fit into.
Cute and Spunky Pullovers.
I love my Judith March pullovers….so much so I now have 3! Yes Christmas orders placed onBlack Friday take a long time to arrive (3 weeks for my sister, 4 weeks for me). But my recent Super Bowl order arrived within 8 days. And they are super cute! I recommend sizing down in the pullovers. If you machine wash have some fabric glue on hand as the lettering may separate a little bit.

I read a few other reviews, and while I agree it takes time to get the products it is helpful to know they are made per order. This is a female owned company. I LOVE my Christmas sweatshirt (Be Merry and Bright) and the quality, which is very high. It will last for many years and is so adorable! I'd say you need to order a month or 6 weeks in advance of a particular holiday. I also had a great experience with customer service. They were immediately responsive, helpful, and professional. I plan to order a Halloween sweatshirt next.
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. Response is non existent. They charged me more money to exchange a defective item for the exact same item. Do not shop here unless you are ok with extremely slow shipping and zero response when questioning why they extra charge for the same item and requesting the extra charge be credited.
Poor Quality and Shipping Delays
Ordered on 11/24. Items didn't arrive until 12/20. The "patch" on the sweater is only half attached. I guess that was the real discount. Can't return for refund - can only exchange or get store credit. Why would I ever want to do business with this merchant again? I ordered a birthday girl shirt and it took so long we missed her birthday. Also ordered the Santa Lounge set (the one with the green sweater and shorts with stars and the santa appliques). The Santa is barely hanging on to the sweater top. Ordered for a cruise that we just got back from on 12/18. The Shipping label was "printed" on 12/4, so I had hopes it would get here in time, but no luck. The clothing quality that they're putting the letters and patches on isn't great considering the price they're charging for these items.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Owner lied and said that item had shipped out so it couldn’t be cancelled when I emailed on why a non custom order was taking so long. Then asked for tracking never got it and item three weeks later hasn’t shipped and they collected money. Do not shop here. It is the worst customer service I’ve ever experience with a company.
