If you have ever wanted a drinking container that speaks your mind then JUGGY is where ya must buy the best in most adorable Tumblers!! First time I looked on the website.I had to have it "Sass In A Glass" !! It describe me to a T and everything I'd like to say and usually say was stickers on the Tumbler!! My drinks stay cold/warm for hours, great product and great staff!! The emails I received when i had questions were polite, uplifting and so sweet! I seriously will use them for all my Tumbler needs... THANK YOU JUGGY ❤️
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I received the wrong item. Contacted them immediately, and its been over a month and zero response. I tried multiple forms of contact. Nothing. I finally filed a PayPal dispute and they have refused to acknowledge that either. I liked the products and was planning to order more, but never again now.
Buyer beware
Ordered a bag and tumbler totalling more than $100 before Xmas. I received confirmation that the label was created but no additional updates were posted on the USPS tracking page. I waited until after Xmas before reaching out and they responded with a boilerplate reply the next day. They advised the issue would be expedited for review. No response has been provided yet. After three weeks requested refund..still no response. I ordered cheap junk from China and have had better service than this
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
The artwork on my cup did not lineup. This never should’ve been shipped to someone (me) that spent money for it. The fact this made it past any type of quality control says a lot about the company.

This is the worst customer service from a company I have ever experienced. I ordered two tumblers before Christmas and when I received the order, the charms that were supposed to be included with the therapist tumbler were not included in the order. I sent a message through the website and it took a couple of weeks for a response. They said that they had received an order from the manufacturer that did not include the charms. So they could not send them to me separately to complete my order. They did not offer the option to return or exchange and just said they would give me 15% off the order. When I responded and said I would just like to exchange the order for the correct item that included all the parts, it took weeks for them to respond. I sent several more messages and first they were ignored and then received a message referring me to the website for exchange information. When I looked at returning or exchanging the item, there were fees of almost $30 to do this. I sent several more messages stating that this was a mistake on their part since they did not send the correct item and I was not interested in paying money for them to exchange the item for the correct one. I was not trying to return the item, only exchange it for the correct item. Then I was completely ignored for weeks. The product is nice but extremely overpriced but I was willing to pay for such a unique gift. The customer service is non existent. It has been almost two months and I have not received a resolution for their mistake on my order. I also never received the 15% off discount that I was told I would get because of their mistake. They have lost a customer and I will post about this on all my social media and tell everyone about my negative experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’ve ordered 7 tumblers from Juggy over the past year or so, and the designs are great. They hold up well to daily usage and the wear and tear that goes along with it. They keep my water cold all day too. 10/10 recommend!
Order was supposed to arrive before…
Order was supposed to arrive before Christmas, and it didn't arrive till January 7th. I was not happy since I had moved and was not able to get my package. I contacted support a week after I got the tracking information since the tracking never got updated, and they did not respond till I filled a dispute, saying they would refund me the shipping cost. The shipping cost was free. I told them I wanted a refund since the order took way longer than it said it would and I had already moved. The responses I got were rude and like they didn't read my emails at all. They insisted they would give me a refund AFTER I gave them their products back. The products I couldn't get because like I had told them several times, I had moved.
Would not recommend this company just from this experience alone.

I placed an order on December 9th of '25, one of the two cups is a pre-order for sometime in the spring. I sent several emails after two weeks of no tracking or fulfillment emails, messaged on their Facebook, as well as several comments on their page, yet I have received no response. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company.
False advertising and no customer support
I purchased a tote bag for my sister for Christmas, solely because the Juggy website had it all over their website that if I ordered by that date with priority shipping (which I did), the item would arrive by Christmas.
I contacted their customer service 3 days before Christmas because it still hadn't even shipped and I was getting worried and doubtful it would make it by Christmas- to which they replied blaming the postal service for not updating tracking and said it "did actually ship" (their words). The same day I got a pre-transit tracking notification, saying "Label printed, Awaiting shipment."
Christmas came and it was STILL in pre-transit, not even shipped out. I reached out again, voicing my frustration saying:
"The Juggy website literally said "Order now to receive before Christmas!" And made promises that priority shipping orders would be here in time for Christmas. I would understand a shipping delay, that is beyond your control.
This is not that though- your company promised it would be here and then didn't even *ship* it in time.
I am so disappointed, for such a pricey order and expensive shipping...
Please make this right. "

Now, a week into January, I finally received the package. To say I'm disappointed by the false advertising is an understatement, I am so frustrated with the lack of transparency and communication!

Don't waste your time or money ordering anything from Juggy USA. I fell for the marketing gimmick of ordering an item that said Express delivery by Christmas if your order is placed by December 21st. I ordered on December 20th. Then I sent five additional emails requesting tracking information,, but never received any. I also did not receive any response to my emails inquiring about tracking and about the fact that it was supposed to be Express shipping deliverable before Christmas.
The customer service is horrible. Even worse, you'll spend your money and not receive the items you ordered.
If you go to the their website, you can't even see any bad reviews, because they've manipulated their website to only show the top reviews.
Terrible customer service
I ordered on December 17th. I paid an extra twenty six dollars for one to two day shipping which guaranteed delivery by Monday the twenty second. I finally received my order on December twenty ninth. Once I received my order, I noticed it had been shipped at a lower shipping rate than what I had paid for. Also one of my items it is missing parts. After multiple attempts, I finally received a reply that asked for proof of my delivery. I sent pictures as requested and have received no response since then. The day after I placed my order, I received emails showing they were offering free shipping with guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
Don't do it.
Ordered Dec 18th with a guarantee of delivery by Christmas. Item still hasn't shipped yet. I've ordered previously and was happy with the product. Now I've gotten no response to emails, my comments on their social media deleted, and no replies to Facebook messages.

Home several states away. I reach out via email and social media and no one reached out. I requested refund or assistance after the lack of response to shipping updates and no progress has been made. Googled them and saw a large amount of problems and they delete unhappy comments. Should have researched more before spending $$$ with them.
Delivered over a week after promised date. It took an additional week to hear back from them and they wanted me to pay $12+ shipping to return the items they didn’t deliver on time. Horrible customer service. Items arrived in plastic bag, not boxed so all beat up from transit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Horrible shipping, lied about delivery by Christmas
Placed my order was guaranteed expedited shipping and that it would arrive by Christmas. My items didn't even arrive to their local post office until Christmas Eve, and now tracking has finally updated and my package won't arrive until 5 days after Christmas. False advertisement, they should have never promised I would receive my items by Christmas. Which was stated in the emails.
