JUGGY USA Avis 

I got a 40 oz juggy last week. Not impressed. Doesn't keep things cold for long, maybe 2 - 4 hours. I've bought generic 40 oz tumblers from Amazon that are FAR better for a cheaper price. Won't buy anything else from juggy, not worth the money.

Ordered Thirstless in June 2025 on Pre-Order. Contacted Customer Service 2 times due to the fact that in late August there had been no updates. CS was quick to respond with a ETA of October. Late October, I again reached out and again, response time was quick, saying it was shipping out early November. They offered a shipping refund, which was a very nice thing to do. Received Thirstless early November (4th or 5th) and it is perfect.
Great company to order from, very happy with response time and very happy with my cup!!

As for the item, it was a gift for a friend and their feedback back to me is: I LOVE IT...IT DOES NOT LEAK!

From my end, I was annoyed that as an early orderer, I paid the most. Later orders (still pre-orders) got a reduced price. Most places do it the other way around.

The charms that came with the tumbler were so cute! The tumbler itself was just as described. The only downside was the delay in shipping (it was a preorder--and I realize supply-line issues cannot be anticipated). Thankfully, it arrived in time for the birthday girl!

The product was over 3 months late. I pre ordered as a gift, and now the product is up on your site before mine has even arrived for 33% off. What a joke

Ordered 2; one for my daughter and one for myself. The Cats shipped to my daughter within days. Mine was a limited time order, Breast Cancer Awareness, and stated that it wouldn’t ship until later. Received it and love it! My daughter was thrilled with hers, as well.

I absolutely love my new therapist juggy! It's super cute, affordable, & very much needed esp. on busy days at the office! They also make great gifts for family, friends, co-workers, etc. I will definitely be ordering more soon! Thanks Juggy USA! 😊

I contacted them a couple of times due to a tumbler lid was stripped and does not close. No response months later.

My first Juggy was a gift from my daughter. I wanted one for a long time but couldnt justify spending the money. I loved it, i bought three more to keep in case we need them. It gets hot where i live and having a large water bottle to use is beneficial. We take them to concerts and festivals that have water refill stations, it saves so much money in the long run and keeps us hydrated.

I preordered and understood it would be a wait, it sat in “shipped” for over a week with no update. It randomly shows up, and it’s damaged. The bottom handle isn’t even connected to the cup, so very frustrating. A terrible experience, and I will not be returning which sucks since I have four of their cups + a bag.

I have yet to receive what I ordered in August! I will never order form you again.

In love with my Peace & Profanity tumbler! So cute! Great quality, and style. My friends love it, and asked me where I got it.

The wait for my pre-order was long but now that I have the cup I like it even more than I thought I would. 😍

I think my husband is jealous! I ordered the Reputation Cup and bag and when the package arrived here, I was pleasantly impressed by the cup and the cute bag with the charms! He helped me add the charms to the bag! This arrived at the perfect time right before my Birthday 🎂 🎁🎉💌… My Easter egg is when the album dropped is my birthday! 🫶🏽 😎🖤🤍🩶

When I ordered the cup the website said it would ship around the first part of October. When I messaged around the 8th of October, I was told it wouldn’t ship till the end of October. Then I was notified that it was shipping on Nov 1st, but sat for 3 days before actually shipping. As a company you need to be honest and upfront with your customers. Be honest about shipping times.

This was ordered the first week of September and wasn’t even shipped until 10/30. It was advertised for Halloween but it didn’t even ship until the actual day of Halloween.

I preordered the Juggy Mandela. Following up on my order, I used the link to get an update on my order. They were informative and even found a discrepancy in my address. They corrected it on the spot! Thank you!! Juggy is amazing! Great Customer care!
