Don’t Waste your Money on Turbo Shipping
Purchased 4 items that all showed in stock on June 30 and chose turbo shipping so that we would have it by July 4th, and it took them three days to package my order and create a label. I paid an additional $20 for turbo shipping and it’s gonna be 7-8 days to get to me, well after July 4.
No shipment
It’s been 14 days and even though the website says it takes about 3 days to ship. They still haven’t sent my item. I figured I get the item a few days after Father’s Day but here we are and still nothing.
Cheap Buddy
Purchased 2 TN Vols Legacy Frost Buddy cups at 50 plus tax and shipping. Ordered one in black and one in orange. Orange wouldn't hold ice for more than 3 hours. Frost buddy sent a replacement and less than 2 weeks later the handle snapped right off. Black one hasn't been used yet and at this rate it wont be. Bought mystery cup for my niece and talked my mom into buying the orange legacy for my brother. We have wasted a bunch of money on cheap cups. These cups are not worth the money. I have off brand cups that ive had for years that hold ice better and never had an issue with.

GuOrdered 2 items 5 days before father's day. The shipping label was just CREATED the day before fathers day. And its not arriving for a week and a half. How inconsiderate and untrustworthy. I usually read the reviews for a company I'm buying crom for the first time beforehand and do my research but I was in a rush for a gift. My bad. Will never do that again. I just hope they arrive as I'm seeing its rare for them to actually send the products you buy and they delete all negative reviews.

So disappointing, I dont care what quality it is, vinyl is going to chip or peel eventually from regular wear and tear even with hand washing. It should be etched or powder coated on.
Still a beautiful unique cup, but the big yellow vinyl M cheapens it.

I ordered a week ago and still don’t have an ETA. I contacted customer service and they claim the item is “in transit,” however there isn’t any update on the tracking system they use. Don’t order for a gift, you’ll be extremely disappointed when it doesn’t arrive in a reasonable time.

Nice product. I ordered it with regular shipping. And had it in 5 days. Very nice product. Will order again. The people that say they ordered around Christmas, and didn’t get it until after. Well, DUH. When you order from any company a few days before Christmas, probably not getting it too quickly

Placed several custom orders and coordinated them with our rep to have them shipped together. Our rep helped us get mockups, which included different colors of products and different logos for several clients. We enjoyed our experience, and were kept in the loop all along the process until we received tracking numbers. Took about a month to get custom order started and to arrive in my hand. Will order from FrostBuddy again as clients are happy with the product and how it turned out.
This company is so shady
This company is so shady. They take your money, don't ship out your item. They won't reach out to you, so don't forget you ordered something from them cause they will keep your money and never reachout. Then when you do realize it's been over a month and still nothing from them... and you ask them about it, they won't have that item available anymore. And they will not refund you the full amount for your order. Then they just stop responding when you ask why they shorted you your money. Super Shady!
Won't buy again
My first order was stolen. I asked for a refund, but they refused to do it. They sent a second order. I ended up donating all of them. Not a great product. Invest in Yeti or Stanley instead. Doesn't keep your drinks or ice cold for nearly as long as they claim.

Paid extra for expedited shipping but the item was sent with the regular shipping. I Contacted support and it took two days to receive an automated response with my tracking number. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from the company. They are scamming on the shipping price and will not address the issue.

Good product. Shipping is the worst. No way to track order on website. Ordered two items Nov 13, 2025 to beat the holiday rush. Orders never shipped. Reached out to customer service and was told that even though the website said they were in stock, one of my items was out of stock. Was offered a refund for that item assuming I would get my other item. Weeks went by and nothing. Reached out again, was told that item was now out of stock. So I requested the remaining refund. Paid for the fast shipping only to be disappointed. I still keep getting emails saying there is still time to order before Christmas...HOW? if you can't ship an order placed in mid-November, how can you do it December. Really wanted to enjoy these products, but Frostbuddy needs to do better. Find a reliable supplier, manufacturer, and shipping partner. ONLY positive is that I didn't have to fight for my refund.

I purchase and order on 12/15 and paid for their speedy delivery. It’s not 12/20 and it shows a label was created nothing more and estimated delivery AFTER Christmas on 12/29. That’s unacceptable if you’re paying for their fast shipping this is not fast. Not to mention it guaranteed before Christmas delivery. Horrible company never ordering there again!!

I ordered a Thicc 40 tumbler because it didn't have just a straw lid, but also a dripless sip lid. All of the advertising and pictures show both lids, but when I got it, there was only the cheap straw lid. I HATE straws! I ordered this mug because of the sip lid. After I received it, we saw that others were having the same problem, and then all of a sudden Frost Buddy was charging an extra $6.99 for the sip lid. First of all, their product was not what they advertised. As a matter of fact, all of their pictures still show both lids. That is what people expect. Their advertising is very misleading.
The next problem is that it seems that all 41 colors that they show as available for the lid all seem to be sold out. I don't believe for a second that all of them are sold out at once. Now, two weeks later, instead of wanting $6.99 for the lid, they now want $9.99 per lid, and they are still supposedly sold out. I have been checking daily and put my name on an email list to be advised when they are available again. At this point, I'm not sure that they even intend to bring them back.
I want to know what the deal is with all of these changes. The cups have always come with both lids and are shown that way in their advertising; that is what you should get. If the cheap straw lid is all that is available, I don't want their product. The mug is made well and is beautiful. I would love to keep it and recommend it to others, but only if the company will give me what they advertise comes with it.
