Our focus is quality, creativeness and functionality in the hydration space. JUGGY was created by Mackenzie who like most people, struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She knew one of the most important things she could do was to make sure she was consuming enough water everyday. It was a simple enough goal and it didn't seem overwhelming. So she set out to find the perfect water bottle. Mackenzie wanted a bottle that fashionable, functional and durable and so JUGGY was born!

Just rec'd the "Girls Will Be Girls"…
Just rec'd the "Girls Will Be Girls" tumbler today. It was ordered July 16, 2025 so it took 110 days to receive. The tumbler seems to be of nice quality. The main reason for my 3-star review is the time it took to get the tumbler. I ordered one for me and one for my niece and wanted to have them in advance of Halloween. That did not happen.

Took 4 months to receive my preorder
Took 4 months to receive my preorder. The original shipping date was end of August and it did not ship until end of October. Customer service was no help. Will not order again.

Fantastic turnaround
Everything from: options, pricing, ordering, to shipping, to receiving, it was fantastic! Ordered Thistless on October 30. Received Nov 3. Talk about a quick turnaround. My cup is seriously cute.

First pre-order timeliness is…
First pre-order timeliness is outrageous. There should be an estimated timeframe. If I would have know it was going to take 3 months to get a notification I would not have ordered. Now I received a delivered notice from Juggy however no item has been received and USPS tracking just shows a lable was created, nothing has shipped it.

Great Product
Had to reach out to customer service, pre-order was taking a lot longer than anticipated. Not their fault though, and they were so friendly. Once it shipped, it arrived in no time. LOVE the cup. Exactly as described.

Cute and quality!
Product was exactly as described. It was great quality and cutest design ever. Quick shipping (we pre-ordered) and still got rather quickly. I will definitely purchase from Juggy again!

Still have not received my cup even…
Still have not received my cup even though it was supposed to ship in September. Never even received any notice that it was going to be delayed. Supposedly it finally shipped but I’ve yet to see it.

If I could give "0" stars
If I could give "0" stars, I would. Placed a pre order in July, suppose to ship in September. Now November and still no product. I get no response from emails to customer support. Not good for a first time customer. Will never shop with this company again
