Poor customer service
I was not happy with the item I ordered. I wanted tablets and was sent capsules. I contacted the company multiple times and got no response.

Good the fishes infections have died jokes they’re all they are are human grade fish amoxicillin rebranded.. The pills look the same as you get from doctor definitely great to have and have save many trips to a doctor over the years stock up while you can before the for profit life n healthcare system tries to shut that down which it’s becoming harder and more expensive to get..

I needed Insulin for my cat and was unable to get it locally since it's on backorder. Hardy paw was the only site I found it in stock. Initially I was taken back by the price difference. When I received the cooler with the cold Insulin today, I was so grateful to receive it. That alone justified paying the extra money. I am so impressed with their keeping me posted about shipping and seeing when it would arrive. And the packing of the cooler being sent from Calfornia to Florida is truly remarkable. Excellent and professional. Thank you

Fish mox
I was so happy I could get this product without a prescription. I have 18 community cats and taking them to the vet is not cheap. I was able to treat only the sick ones and keep the others healthy.

You couldn’t bother to respond to my emails concerning status of my order, so I purchased from someone else and told you to cancel my order and refund payment. TWICE. Again, no response. Had to contact my bank to refund. Finally heard from you that you’re sending a “replacement”. Contacting USPS tomorrow to refuse delivery. Your company is a joke.

Amazing experience with JuicySkate.com!
I had an excellent experience ordering from JuicySkate.com — the website is super easy to navigate, the checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived right on time. The product quality exceeded my expectations — everything was exactly as described and packed securely. Customer service was quick to respond and really helpful with my sizing questions. You can tell they care about their customers and the skating community. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending JuicySkate to all my friends!
