Order shows delivered but only received 1 out of 3 items. Contacted customer service who informed me that they are aware and the rest of my order is on its way but I'm still waiting after 10 days now.

I never received my order
I never received my order so that part was terrible. It makes me doubt I will try to use this service again. This was my first order. But Daisy from Customer Service handled it very well and deserves a 5 star A++++rating. She's an asset to your company and deserves a raise.j

Only received 4 out of the 5 items…
Only received 4 out of the 5 items ordered. The site said it was a 'partial shipment' which made sense at the time but the estimated delivery date of 10/4/25 for the remaining item came and went. It is now 10/13/25 and radio silence on multiple e-mails and a contact us form submission. Would rather get what I ordered but will likely need ti dispute the transaction for the undelivered items.
