I paid 25 dollars for express shipping still had to wait the for normal shipping asked for a refund never got a reply

Customer Service was extremely helpful and my shipment arrived earlier than I expected.

I'll bought 2 different antibiotics to have on hand. I did not realize one was coming USPS and the other UPS. I received notification that both were delivered. But I thought I only received the one, not realizing the other came UPS. I contacted the company and they told me the other was delivered BY UPS. The other antibiotic was on my front porch.

Order was just what I wanted as described. Timely shipping. Appropriately packaged.

The antibiotics this company sells should be fully investigated. These capsules have no imprinted label as mandated by federal law. You have no idea what is contained in these capsules. I have thousands invested in my aquariums and would not take a chance using these. Much less for any other reason. I contacted them and informed them and heard nothing back. I am now contacting the FDA. Be careful buying their product

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered.

I ordered Aqua Zole tablets and they sent me capsules instead. I can’t use capsules. I emailed them and asked to return the item. Daisy replied and said there was an issue with their shipping carrier. She said once resolved, they’d let me know. Two weeks passed and I emailed again. Daisy then sent me a link saying my order was delivered. I reminded her they sent the wrong product and asked for them to send the tablets or refund my credit card. Daisy said they can’t accept returns on a medical product. I replied and said it was their error as they sent the wrong product. I again asked for a refund or to send the correct product. Daisy is now not responding. Do not order from this company!

Ease of the ordering process, merchandise availability and fast shipping

Made an order and paid for UPS shipping. It has been stuck at some facility in California for 3 days. I doubt if I will ever get what I ordered. There's so many companies that are scamming people nowadays it just ridiculous.
