Great start, poor finish
I dealt with Nia initially, who was wonderful.
Hugely disappointed to receive an email the day before expected delivery, stating that it would take a further 10days. When I rang to inquire I was given an insincere apology, with no real reason for delay.
I had a tiler booked to come that day so it was very frustrating and unprofessional.
It doesn't take much to truly and genuinely apologise to your customer.

Jules Baxter supplied the perfect feature tiles for my bathroom renovation. Communication was excellent, delivery was arranged quickly, and the tiles arrived promptly. I am very pleased with both the product and the service. Highly recommended.
