What a great place to shop, the staff are very friendly and did everything to make our time enjoyable. Choosing the correct tile combination can be overwhelming but Linda was so kind and patient. She also makes a great coffee:) thanks so much for an awesome experience.

I had the most wonderful experience with Linda at Jules Baxter. She was so genuine, friendly, professional and absolutely committed to helping me choose tiles that I would be happy with.

Having no interior design or renovation experience, I merely told Linda about the look and feel that I wanted in my bathroom, and she very quickly narrowed down my tile selection to choices that I absolutely adore! Two months later, when I decided that I wanted a different splashback but I lived too far away to visit the shop, Linda used my existing tile and tapware choices and sent through photos and posted samples of tile options. She once more narrowed down the choices and I loved them.

Linda made me realise that a renovation isn't just about the end result - it is about the journey. I know that I will look at my bathroom with happiness not just because I like the aesthetics, but also because I will remember all of the dedicated and wonderful people who contributed to the final product.

Our experience with Deb has been nothing but amazing. She has been very helpful with every aspect from product knowledge to delivery.

Great staff, huge selection of tiles and great service.

My experience with Jules Baxter has been fantastic! From my very first call to Linda asking for style advice to the delivery of the tiles, it has been exceptional service. Linda made this experience delightful; she is knowledgeable and clearly passionate about delivering a premium service to customers, even customers like me who cannot make up their minds! The tiles are not yet installed due to building delays, but they look beautiful in the box.
