I sent the video to support and asked for clarification because I wanted an explanation instead of immediately making accusations. However, support kept sending the same generic reply, saying they would look into it. A week later, I still have no explanation.

I always liked this casino until now. I purchased 2 $10 packages on Saturday, May 30 that weren't credited to my account. I contacted support and after 24 hours received a response that my account would be credited "shortly". I have still not received that credit and no response to my second support ticket. It should never take 48+ hours to receive packages you have paid for. The supposed 24/7 support is a joke. I will amend this review if my account is corrected.

Got offered a $10 bundle for 35 SC. Sweet! Bought it. It didn’t reflect on my balance. So, attempted again 2 more times nothing. Whatever. I check back next day, still not there. Then I check my bank account. I was charged 3 times. Then I message support. 24 hours no response. I message again. They tell me they see my 10 SC on my dashboard and it’s all good. lol. They just manually added it. But, the promo was for 35 SC. And I was charged 3 times. They still have not responded or attempted to resolved this issue from over 48 hours ago. Save your money. I am contacting my payment processor for getting charged 3 times and not even getting the correct amount of SC the promo was supposed to give for just ONE of the charges lol. Crazy. Should be illegal.

I deposited a total of 150$ and it never posted on my balance.. contacted support through email (only option) and they responded once asking for the email address linked to my account I provided the info and never heard, even after attempting to contact them multiple times after..

I just bought a package on Jumbo88 and did not receive anything in return. I have played on here several times and have cashed out money on here before. Which is why I'm kind of shocked that this is happening. I screenshotted the transaction from my bank account and everything and sent to them and they haven't done nothing about it so far. I will edit my review if this is fixed

I played on some free SC and I redeemed over one hundred dollars on my very first redemption. I had a little bit of trouble navigating through some of the scenes but I believe that had more to do with the way I was getting to the site because when I switched to something else, it was a breeze. These guys rock! They don’t lie or take most of your winnings like some others I’ve dealt with
