Just Blinds Avis 

Placed an order for vertical slats on 8th March and had an email that they had gone to production on the 9th, however I've yet to receive them.

Been struggling to get an answer on where they are but having no joy. Spoke to them yesterday twice with a promise that they would call me back this morning and I've heard a thing.

This certainly is not they way to treat customers.

I am now going to have to go through the pain of getting my money back.

Ordered two replacement headrails for vertical blinds gave measurements and within a week they had been made, sent and arrived at my home. Blinds put up and working well-new headrails are of good quality, not at all flimsy and I will be replacing other headrails I have that I can see of inferior quality to my new ones.

5* service. The transaction was excellent, from ordering to delivery. A big thank you to you all for my replacement headrail. Great price and delivered today and I only ordered it on Monday!

Just contacted just blinds as noticed 10 slats in conservatory vertical blinds have faded. Looks like they are made of different fabric batch. Their response was not in guarantee period and not offered any help to resolve. Avoid them as after sales is disgraceful. Just left me with issue!!

From start to finish the service has been great. The quote was put in writing, the other company that quoted refused to do this.
Every member of staff has been friendly and efficient.
The fitting was quick and done well with the blinds looking good and working properly.

Booked a measuring appointment with the Manchester office. Told them I need to go out before 4pm and they said no problem. At 3.10pm I rang as there was a no show and they said its booked before 4pm. So they got the sales man to call me and he said he wasn't aware of the time restrictions as the office hadn't told him. So I rearranged my plans to make sure someone was home and now at 4.50pm they have TEXT to cancel.

If they can't even arrange a simple task like measuring up I'll go elsewhere. I think I've had a lucky escape.

Great Quality especially for the price, fitting is straight forward for a DIY’er, taking a couple of hours from unpacking to fitting 4 blinds. Transformed the room and look very similar to shutters for 1/4 of the price (50mm real wood venetian with tapes)

Order 2 sets of blinds now from them. Great company & would highly recommend to anyone to use them.

I ordered 2 x blinds from this company 15th Nov 2022, we installed them on 28th Nov and found the head rail on one of them was faulty. The wand turns but the blinds don't. I sent a close up photo of the wand to show it was attached properly and a video showing the blinds staying closed when turning the wand. I was told they'd requested a replacement to be sent out on 7th December. I've chased them twice since then, all communication by email to keep track between myself and Eileen, been told again they'd investigate and still no head rail. The blinds remain fully closed (unless we push all the slats to one side) 16th Jan 2023.

From first consultation with Nick, advice given, speed of service communication and final fitting, I can't recommend them highly enough. Lovely blinds fitted well & cleanly by Matthew. An experienced helpful team fully deserving of 5 stars! Right down to a box of chocolates & flowers on completion of the job.

Booked an appointment with the measuring service, a simple enough task, given its there job, you’d think.
I paid my 50% deposit, new apartment with new blinds the week before Christmas 😏
The installer arrived, all good, 2 x verticals in living area, 1 in each of the 2 bedrooms,
After a few minutes of drilling, I went into the living room and was greeted with the comment “Think we have a problem” are you taking the “P” my reply…
2 measurements I said, how can they be 150mm short, the bedrooms the same, only the roller in the bathroom was ok, obviously
Not a phone call, email, txt message received regarding a return to rectify or an apology, nothing

No disrespect, but do you really think I would leave a negative review if your company had carried out decent work, and your customer service had done there job and followed up on a complaint? You attempted to contact me only after I submitted this review..
No record of a missed call or voicemail received..

Ordered replacement vertical blind slats online & received the blinds 6 days later. Excellent quality blinds, great service & less expensive than their competitors.
