Just Insure Avis 596

THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!
DONT USE THIS CONPANY!!!

I was trying to get the insurance card so that I could add it to my wallet on my Iphone and I needed to get a copy to my Boss. I from time to time take my truck to work because I need to get to remote locations and the company vehicle wont get there. Since I couldnt find the card on the app I opened a chat on their site and Lupita Anzaldo was who i spoke to.
To make a long story short, She asked what I needed and for the next 30 min she kept asking me questions and then putting me on hold. I was being interogated so that she could find a reason not to help me.

Every time that she came back to ask questions it was like shed already made up her mind not to help me, she was just wasting my time.

The app is trash, the HELP if you could call it that is trash, and Lupita Anzaldo is trash!!!

I’m writing this as someone with a different insurance carrier who was hit by someone with Just insurance. I’ve been trying to get a Just Insurance claims adjuster named Amanda to return my call for a full month and she won’t return my call. I’ve called customer service as well and they said they’ll make sure she calls me back and she doesn’t call. So I’ve been driving a damaged car for a month. I hope they treat their own customers better.

First time I use this company and I’m very impressed. I think I’m keeping you for a long time. I called one time and customer service was excellent and knowledgeable!!!

I only pay when I drive

Lack of notes being entered in the system. It could be billed on a monthly basis. I also feel that it should have an extension. But they are quick to cancel the account.

Easy to use no waiting,self service,and app is one of the best out there

It was easy. I just linked my bank account to the app. And it was just as easy as pushing a couple prompts and um, and uh it renewed my insurance. Thank you very much.

I needed to get my payment method straightened out. wasn't sure about how to get a certain payment method added Lupita Anzaldo helped with this, she was very patient with me, as I am a little slow working with my app, just as yet fairly new to it. I appreciated her easy to understand directions. Thank You Lupita, You are a great customer rep.

Just Insure is superior to all other insurance companies that I've experienced. When it comes to the convenience and ease of use with the mobile app. Whenever I have a question, they are there to answer with perfect business etiquette. And as I've mentioned in the past, the price is absolutely unmatched!!!

With Just’s pay per mile structure, I am spending over half less than what I was paying with a traditional insurance plan. They’re easy to work with and customer service is extremely helpful.

My experience getting information i needed was fast and easy. Lupita Anzaldo was assisting me and did an incredible job. Clear, quick and to the point, she got me the data I needed so I could get on to my next. 5 stars.

This is the easiest use of my time and insurance costs on a per mile basis. If you ever need to contact customer service they're easy to get in touch with through the app or via an actual call. If you own a race car, I wouldn't recommend this BUT just because I THINK I do and don't, it was an easy choice!!!

They are very on top of your driving and keeping you insured feels safe

IF YOU LET US SEND IN THE PHOTO ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH, YOU CAN PROCESS IT WHEN EVER YOU WANT. THAT WOULD END THE MADNESS EVERY MONTH.

Just is good if you drive 50 miles or less, and you have to insure your car, the only thing that is a hassle is having to take a picture of your odometer every once in a while. Customer Service could respond quicker other then that it is a good app.
