I had a problem with a product and Just Beauty got back to me really quick. They were kind enough to send out a new product and apologised for the one that was sent. Just Beauty also answered any questions that I had as well.

This company has been fantastic. I ordered via Groupon but when it arrived no longer needed the item. I returned it but had missed the part of their return email that said I needed to put a returns number on it. Their customer service team helped so much in trying to find the parcel in their warehouse and to issue to refund and I am so grateful.

Love just beauty! Prices are good and products are amazing! I did have a broken bulb with my uv lamp but once I emailed just beauty, they quickly sorted the problem out and had not one but two replacements bulbs sent back out to me. Great service and will be using them again! Overall very happy 😃

I ordered 2 wax pot's and 1 of them arrived damaged and I couldn't open it, I sent the team an email and had a swift and helpful response. Apologies were given and another pot was sent out to me straight away, it arrived 2 days later. Excellent service thank you!

I ordered the wrong gel nail colour (my mistake), I contacted Just Beauty to ask if I would be able to swap the colour for another. The customer service team were excellent (Abi & Eve), helpful with replies and quick to respond. I honestly cannot fault them. They asked to let them know when the incorrect item had been returned so they could look out for it and the new correct colour was issued quickly.

Previous purchase went perfect, most recent I order 4 products and only two turned up with no delivery note and on the website it said fully dispatched. I rung and requested my items be sent, and within two days they turned up. Great customer service and speedy turn around.
