I bought a UV nail lamp on Groupon but when I tracked it I noticed it had been stuck on status suggesting it was lost. I contacted the company who Groupon sell the deal on behalf of and they replied to my enquiry almost immediately. I was sent a replacement.
Very good customer service. I would buy from this company again.

My favorite online beauty store. The delivery is always super speedy (and free!) and I’ve been very happy with the service. They also bring the brands I can not find anywhere else and offer promotions.

found the website on google when trying to avoid making purchases on Amazon. Found what I needed and more, fast delivery, good responsiveness from the customer support team.

So happy with customer service. My original Mylee Lamp had a crack at the back. Once I let them know, it was replaced within a day or two, with no questions asked (other than sending photo's of the damaged part).

I ordered a Mylee wax machine which broke within 45 days. I contacted customer services who said I could only have a replacement as it was over 30 days ( more because if problems contacting them).

I would expect the wax machine to work for more than 30 days, besides the fact it was only the second time of use due to not having to wax too often!!! Doesn’t state anywhere the length of warranty!!!

I order some items and one it is arrived broken. I tried to contact the customer service during the opening hours but there is voice machine and it is ask you to call later during the opening time "ridiculous"
I sent email 3 times but nobody reply to me when I showed the item broken. I am still waiting. Customer service it is not the BEST!

Fabulous product, fabulous service and quick delivery!

Recieved my mylee gel polish starter kit in 1st February 2021. Unfortunately 3 lights in the nail curing LED lamp do not work. Contacted them but no response and my husband who ordered it contacted them. Response can't find your order number. He took a screenshot and emailed. We are then sent a returns label and they recieved this on 24th February and still on 8th March I have no working product or any communication from the company after spending £90.
Next stop inform Amazon or try and get a refund.

Wife brought a Mylee nails uv and the topcoat brush was faulty making it really hard to apply. To this day this company didnt bother to reply Mylee the manufacturers of the product replyed once asking for a picture and agaon to this day she has not heard back from them. Both useless NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PRODUCT IS MENT TO HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY ? I DONT THINK ANYTHING WOULD HAPPEN IF IT BROKE! BUY FROM THESE WITH CAUTION OR JUST FIND SOMEONE BETTER TO BUY FROM.

I ordered the mylee nail lamp, i plugged it in to use it ont he day it arrived and it sparks and buzzes. I emailed them immediately as it is oto dangerous to use. I then tried to call the next day, the phone lines say open 9-5 Mon- Fri but don't actually work. I've since email 4 more times and filled in the customer contact form on the website twice and tweeted them and still no response and I'm left with a dangerous product!!

My experience with Just Beauty was pleasant. I ordered it on Friday and have received it the following Tuesday. My products all look the part I have gone for the Mylee Stripless waxing kit but I am yet to use it due to being currently hairless..😂 customer assistance was great when contacting them via their Instagram page. I will be sure to update my review once I have tried out my product.

I am honestly fuming and would advise you avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for LOADS of items. Over £200 and NOTHING. No idea how they have so many good reviews. Order was placed on 03/01 should have been delivered by the latest Friday but I haven’t heard anything. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and email for an update as I appreciate they may be delayed due to covid. No answer to both emails and their phone lines say that their opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am but of course, that message plus out the whole day so you can’t speak to anyone. I don’t even care if the order is delayed but they are ignoring me whilst they have my money and I have no idea what is going on. Now have to go through my card holder to get my money back as they have scammed me. Can see there are others that have experienced this since Christmas so can only assume they’ve gone out of business and are still accepting orders to steal people’s money. Please be careful.
