After being recommended to order with just beauty, I quickly discovered their huge range, in particular Mylee. There was an amazing selection of colours as well as tools that I needed at great prices. As it was my first time shopping with Just Beauty, I got 15% off my order which was great. Despite ordering during the COVID-19 times, my order was delivered quickly within a few days and was kept informed of all updates. Would highly recommend to all order from them, I definitely will be again!

Amazing customer service. Order arrived and it was missing a product which I completely understand in this chaotic time . So I emailed enquiring and they got back within a few hours. The product was out of stock so they offered a great replacement. They also put it on next day delivery so I would get it on time as it was a birthday present. Will definitely be recommending to others who want beauty products !!

Altho I had a problem with the delivery of my order, it was soon sorted out and I am very happy with my order.

Don’t use this company ,had to return item I’d ordered ,did everything they asked on return label ,had proof of postage,unfortunately due to illness I’m 76 yrs ,and suffering asthma and bronchiectasis,and on a 12 week lock down due to corona virus ,mislaid the recept,checking my bank account no refund ,sent them email ,won’t refund me without it ,so on top of inflated price I paid and also postage ,I’m really out of pocket ,I don’t believe they did not receive it ,as followed the instructions to the letter ,so thanks for that ,will never use this site again ,customer service I’d give you nil ,

Excellent prompt service. I will not hesitate to use again.

I understand the longer delivery times due to the current situation, however, I remained patient. I finally received my delivery and my hand sanitiser that I was charged for was missing. Let’s not even talk about how overpriced it is as well.

At least do the honest thing and let me know if it’s sold out and REFUND my money.
