I ordered 3 water bottles, 1 as a gift and 1 each for my 2 children. They arrived on time and are truely beautiful however, after only 1 day of using them the rubber valve came loose and was lost without me knowing and the bottles then had big holes in the lid where the liquid just pores out of it they are anything other than upright. I emailed the company and was told I had to buy replacement valves. Granted they were only 25p plus postage but still, a design floor that they are obviously aware of to have a code set up to buy replacements. I bought as many as I could for the lowest postage bracket. Why design a child’s water bottle that leaks so easily and make the customer pay for their mistake. Unless your child doesn’t throw their bottle around AND you don’t want to use this bottle out and about as it will leak (pour out and empty) in your bag, I wouldn’t bother with this which is a shame as they are beautiful to look at, just don’t serve the purpose they were made for. I was quite upset about it.

After having a bad experience ordering elsewhere, I thought I’d give Just Born a try. I am so impressed and will be ordering again. The dummies are lovely and well priced, lots of selection, good shipping time and good shipping price!

Everything was amazing except the time it took to arrive, I’m seriously considering ordering cause I like your stuff so much, but only if you change your delivery company, hope you do that soon.

I like Just Børn products - good value for money, lovely design, and thoughtful packaging. These products make excellent gifts and I really like the option to personalise products. The colours can sometimes be a little inaccurate but overall, I'm a big fan of Just Børn as a company and hope they expand their range of products as I will keep buying them!
