Just Clear® - Birmingham Avis 

Great service! We were in the market for a clearance of various bits of leftover rubbish and materials from several refurb and redecoration jobs around our house that had managed to fill our shed from floor to roof. We also wanted a sustainable service that doesn't just take everything to landfill, but tries to reuse and recycle. After witnessing Ian and his team work wonders with the house and garden of our hoarder next door, we mentioned this to them in a friendly chat and they assured us that our clearance wouldn't be a problem. As soon as we were ready, we contacted Ian with photos of our items, got a quote we liked the same day, and they came to clear 2 days later. Ian and his team then worked hard, steadily and carefully to remove everything. Reliable, trustworthy and professional throughout with clear communication.

I've just booked with Just Clear who have made sorting the last of my late fathers belongings a total breeze.

I have been trying to find homes for random, interesting but technically value-less items - such as my grandfathers WWII radio equipment! I'm told that they have strong connections with prop departments and will do what they can to find good homes for as much as possible!!

The fact that they take such care to donate and recycle really means a lot to me. They were not the first company I called - I felt the other companies would probably have taken it directly to landfill, if not fly tip it! I am hugely grateful for the care and attention they are paying a service that we will all need at some point.

I'll update once they've been to collect, but if they are as easy and as efficient to deal with as Lauren and Adam have been, I can't imagine we'll have any problems!

Just Clear came on time and emptied out our old office efficiently and without any fuss about carrying things down 2 floors with no lift.

We had a dead fox in our garage. We were given a good quote. Kuldeep came out to collect it. He was very polite and professional. Also explained how they were going to dispose of the poor foxes carcass. He seemed genuinely sad for the fox too. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.
