Fabulous service from Jack and Leo. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I don't like paying for services in advance and by bank transfer. But even that was very easy.

From first communication to the actual job Just Clear were professional, their quote was very reasonable.

George and William who carried out the job were very kind and showed great empathy. The checked with us about anything they weren’t sure of. They made the whole experience so much easier by their caring attitude. After searching on Trustpilot for a reputable House Clearance company, we came across Just Clear. From our very first contact with Kate in the office, we were reassured by their speedy and efficient communication and professional manner.
Kate arranged a visit prior to the work required to ensure that their initial quote from photographs was accurate, and considering the huge amount of work involved, we found that quote to be very reasonable. In addition, they accommodated our request to pay a 50% deposit with the remainder on completion and ensured that this was a simple process with the minimum of fuss.
On the day, the team of two men Frankie and Danny kept in touch with us at all times and could not have worked harder, despite the weather being horrendous. They completely cleared and emptied a two bedroom 2nd floor flat and battled five flights of stairs and the rain to make sure the job was completed on time. They were friendly, polite and never complained once which was hugely appreciated by us. They also made sure we were completely happy with the job after they had finished.
It is never easy organising the clearance of a property, especially after the death of a loved one. However, we would highly recommend Just Clear and will certainly be using their services again. A special shoutout particularly to Danny and Frankie, but thank you to Kate and all the team at Just Clear for an amazing job.

I contacted Brendan from another jurisdiction expecting organising a house clearance from abroad to be a hassle, I couldn't have been more wrong. It was incredibly easy and Brendan was so nice and helpful but most importantly efficient. The service was outstanding. I was kept informed before and after the process and got a video of the finished clearance. I'd give 6 stars if it were an option!!

Very challenging office relocation and clearance undertaken by Danny & Sid over 2 days. They both went above and beyond and worked overtime to ensure that everything was completed inside our deadline. I am winding up the estate of a dearly loved partner and over the past two days Just Clear have been clearing her house. I can't speak too highly of the courtesy and kindness of the two young men, Danny and Jack, who were the team. They were punctual, and industrious in a very calm way. The house was cleared efficiently and left ready for deep cleaning before sale. The quotation I had asked for was delivered swiftly and efficiently, was competitive and represented very good value. In every way I highly recommend Just Clear.

I've not used this company before and I was cautiously optimistic, because of the good reviews on Trustpilot.
Danny and Jack arrived in good time - a few moments after me. I left them to do their job whilst I caught up with a few e-mails. Less than 40 minutes later and well before I expected, they said that they had finished. I was very impressed.

The booking process was simple and they accommodated a Saturday collection after we were let down by another entity.
The 2 guys came on time and were super efficient all done in 1.5 hours.
The items cleared were items we wanted to give to charity after our move (furniture, household items, and clothes).
I like the company's attitude to sustainability and recycling.
Would definitely use again.
