Just Clear® - Watford Avis 

We used Just Clear for the clearance of my mother's house and I can't fault the service we received. Communication before the clear was very good, they arrived when they said and the whole team were pleasant and polite. They made a difficult day so much easier.

Absolutely amazing! I've got a massive task of gutting out and sorting my uncles flat...David and his team were very professional and kind and patient to my uncle who is losing his sight and gave great advice.I will definitely be using just clear again when tackling the next room

Brilliant service from start to finish. They handled clearing my late mother’s house with sensitivity and compassion and went above and beyond what was expected from the original quote with no increase in the fee. Just Clear’s partnership with several charities also means stuff is recycled wherever possible and dealt with in an ethical way. I would give a six star rating where it possible. The fee also came in below their competitors by some margin.

David did a fantastic job clearing my late mum's apartment. Communication was excellent, and he was very friendly and professional, and the work was carried out quickly and without fuss. And it was good value too.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Clear and would happily use them again.

David is very responsive to my questions and queries and delivered a good service. I'm happy with his service so I made a plan already for the next house clearing 😄 I trust David & team to remove or clear the house. Definitely highly recommended.

David and the team did an excellent job clearing my house and arranged via his contacts for professional cleaning, decoration and electrical work to be completed. Communication was excellent including either pictures, or videos with all the work completed to a very high standard. Extremely professional with care taken.

When I spoke to David about clearing the heavy items of furniture from my late Mother's house I felt he sounded like a reliable and decent person. As there are a number of clearing businesses about I made my decision to go with David on my gut feeling and he certainly proved that to be right. We only had very short notice for the clearance to be done but he was able to fit us in - even despite his van breaking down the day before so we agreed on the following day and he had to hire a van to honour our booking. We were very pleased with David's professionalism and we would happily recommend his services to anyone.

Honestly, I was worried about the whole process because of the reputation of the industry in the past, but I needn't worry. Brendan was very prompt and professional in his communication and booked in our house clearance.
On the day, despite the confusion with timings, the team were friendly and respectful and worked very hard to clear absolutely everything without any issues, grumbles or gripes. Would use again.
