I wanted to exchange something sent it back have been waiting over 2 weeks they have simply stopped replying to my emails at this point no follow up or anything. This is ridiculous

Buying from JGS
I have bought items from JGS over the past couple of years and have enjoyed receiving what I purchased soon after the purchase was made. I found the quality of the merchandise to meet the high standards I expected insofar as quality is concerned.
I had lots of JGS points that were lost as I didn't place another order within the short span of 6 months. Please extend the period, preferably to 18 months.

This site is a joke
This site is a joke. Great prices advertised but it costs a fortune to return items. Ordered a 34 waist short and it fit like a 38. Tried to return it for a gift card and they offered $9.96 card on a $57 purchase after charging a FedEx label fee of $49 to return the item. Sizes are not true and descriptions not accurate. Be very careful before ordering. I will not be any further
