After ordering a 12yard skip for rubble a week prior we were only called the day before its delivery that it wouldn’t be possible to drop off that size for the material. We were then forced to downsize without any warning or ability to order two instead of one.
When we requested an early pick up for Thursday they said they couldn’t confirm what day they would collect despite us needing 24hours to request access from our neighbours. They told us we were on the list for Thursday pick up and they turned up without warning on Wednesday.

Perfect service. Arrived on time and collected on time. Couldn’t ask for more !

Skip was delivered no bother, driver was polite and helpful, being able to pay in 3 instalments also very handy!

I ordered the skip online asked them to drop it in a certain location on my driveway whilst i was at work, they dropped the skip there and collected it from there when I wanted it picked up with no hassle.

It was quick and easy to apply for the skip plenty of options for the size you require and information to direct you to the one you need. It arrived on time and you were kept upto date with your order the delivery was easy and the driver who dropped it off and picked it up were very polite and respected my property. I definitely would use them again.

Booking skip on line was easy, however no confirmation of booking was sent by email so had to ring just to confirm, but was a minor issue. Skip delivered early on date requested and left exactly where I wanted it. Wanted skip collected earlier than original date, again arrived in the morning of new date. Friendly fast service would recommend to others

Quick enough to deliver required service but absolutely shocking at communication. I’ve waited over 2 weeks for a skip to be collected off my drive and after reaching out over and over again I’m told ‘it will collected today routed with driver’ and always failing to comply.

The contact number provided doesn’t even ring through to speak to anyone.

The skip was dropped off in the morning off with absolutely no issues and picked up just after the initial pick up date. Eas able to get rid off e everything i needed too within the two weeks and for a great price.

I ordered a skip which my email said would be arriving on April 9th, it never arrived. I rang the company early the next day to be told it would be arriving at some point today, the 10th again I waited in all day and it still hasn’t arrived. I will be cancelling the credit card payment and going with a local company.

The skip was delivered on time. The driver was very helpful and placed the skip exactly where I wanted it. Great size skip to have a clear out. When it was full It was collected sooner as I requested.

Never ordered a skip before, but quick and easy to arrange to right skip for our needs via their website. Delivery driver was very friendly. They aren't the cheapest option and for the price, I would expect a better delivery window than 7am to 5pm, but that may be the industry standard. Slight delay with collection, but I hadn't noticed that it may be up to 7 days later than requested, again, not great, but possibly widespread. Would happily use again.

Great service - so easy to book and delivery was right on time. Only reason a star was removed was my skip was not removed on my desired day and was used by fly tippers.
